I live at this inn regularly due to work. I have already stayed over 150 nights. I was really angry today. I have booked a room over 6 months in advance. All of a sudden, she says, ``We have a guest staying for multiple nights, so please change the room tomorrow.'' Of course, I had reserved this room six months in advance, but the lady at the reception just kept repeating, "Please. Please." Moreover, this is not the first time this has happened. A similar incident has happened before, and I have sent a letter of protest to the headquarters. There is such a thing as common sense in this world.Even if there is a slight decrease in profits, if there is a prior contract, it is the businessman's business to refuse the customer, whether it is a consecutive night stay or something else.I'm amazed at the manager's guts to get by by making the girl at the reception cringe.

Check-in is done by machineIt's a pain for my father to operate. It was quiet.Morning service is 🍙! miso soup!Thank you❣️There is only one elevator, so wait and wait!Additionally, there is no multi-story parking lot, and the facility's parking lot is fully booked.Pick up from a nearby coin parking lot. . .

The thing that bothers me the most is that the breakfast is rice balls. There is some bread available, but if you don't go quickly, it will be gone.It used to be a buffet, but now it's just rice balls, which is a shame. The kids also said they didn't like rice balls and didn't need them.I want it back.I wish there was at least a salad or yogurt for dessert.Compared to APA, amenities are provided in the room every day. For those who do not need cleaning, replacement towels are included. At APA, you can choose three sweets to eat for free every day.Breakfast is bento style with a choice of 3 types.Paid channel movies are unlimited. My personal overall review is that APA has a perfect score of 5.I felt that this Iwatsuki Toyoko Inn was a 2 in terms of breakfast rice balls, 1000 yen parking lot reservation system, and elevator congestion.I would like to stay again if the above points are improved.

I stayed with my family. It was basically clean and had plenty of amenities, which was great, but I hadn't made a reservation for a parking lot, so when I asked about it on the day of the event, I was given a very unfriendly explanation, and I was given directions to a parking lot away from the hotel and a coin parking lot. I received it, butIt was very rough and sad. There was something I wanted to ask before and after, but it was difficult to talk to the front desk staff because they were crying, refusing to make eye contact, and were either playing with their computers or chatting away. She was a young blonde girl at the front desk. His attitude was really bad, and I wondered what was going on in the service industry. In the hotel industry, blonde hair and poor appearance. The front desk is the face of the hotel, so I would like them to be more approachable and clean.By the way, the other person was very kind. When I checked out in the morning, the front desk person didn't say hello, and when I said thank you, he just said thank you without looking up.It was very sad.Breakfast was changed to onigiri style, but it was very delicious.

The young blonde front desk person's private conversation is amazing and she seems unmotivated. What do you think? Isn't appearance important? Very difficult to talk toThe rooms are clean

I stayed here in August. The room was also very clean and comfortable.I was worried about the breakfast after reading the reviews before staying, but it was actually much more delicious than I expected and I was very satisfied. The miso soup had a lot of ingredients, the rice balls had a lot of ingredients, and the other people didn't seem to understand the meaning of free breakfast...I was so happy that they offered so many kinds of food for free, and most of all, the rice was so delicious! The breakfast staff also greeted me with a smile and I was able to go to work comfortably in the morning! Two young women were there to help me when I checked in. They were very polite and kind, and they kept smiling and greeting me until the next morning, which made me feel at ease and very comfortable.I wonder if there are many people who can do field work...?Even though the check-in was a little crowded, the front desk staff was prompt and responsive, and no one was irritated, which I thought was wonderful.I often stay at Toyoko Inn and other business hotels for work, but overall this was the best. However, there was one thing that bothered me that the bath was a little rough, but other aspects were so great that it didn't bother me!I will stay again! !

I was confused between Misono Ekimae and Iwatsuki Ekimae and ended up staying here because there was a room available. As others have said, the breakfast is very disappointing.I thought it would be buffet style, but it was only onigiri. There was no side dish or salad, and the onigiri plum was sold out as a bonus.Perhaps it was popular. An even more unpopular ingredient was the rice, which was hard and resembled gravel, making it inedible. The child took a bite and said he didn't need it. Even as an adult, I forced myself to eat one. Breakfast for the rest of my stay was all expensive as I had to buy it at a convenience store. This is my worst memory from this summer vacation.I regret that I should have stayed in front of Misono Station.
