The front desk people's response is very bad.I have a habit of not answering the phone even after ringing for a while.When I go to pick up something I forgot, I don't want to go there without permission.Just be careful.Then I want you to answer the phone.The jacuzzi in the bath is broken every time.This is a truly terrible hotel. I will not go there again unless the front desk staff change their behavior.It's so unpleasant and irritatingIt seems like there are some people who are responding well, but I feel sorry for the others because it's so bad...Hotel facilities and services are goodIt's a shame because I was able to stay for a long time and really liked it.

I stayed in the most expensive room, but it was different from the photo on the website.in particular,・The open-air bath only has hot water・The outer wall of the open-air bath is broken and the bottom is missing.・I can't fill the footbath with hot water.・Speaker is broken・Dust accumulation around the TV・Bathroom wall mold・Since you are not given a key, you can only lock the door with the inside key.・Overall, it feels like the renovation was done by an amateur.So, 20,000 yen for accommodation...I was also interested in other hotels run by the same group, but I lost the desire to go there. .

First time use. When I arrived at 8:50 p.m., there were only three rooms available, so I entered the empty room 201, thinking it must be a popular restaurant. 201 seems to be selling planetariums and VR, but the planetarium is questionable. VR is a PS4 thing... Isn't it PS5? disappointing. There was also a coffee maker in the room, but since I like coffee, I was grateful for it, but when I looked inside, it was already set up... I was really scared, so I threw it away and reinstalled it. There was drip coffee, but no kettle... How do you boil water? Also, there was a notice at the end of the hallway that you could play karaoke, table tennis, and darts for free, so when I made a reservation and asked about the lock, I was told that the room wouldn't lock, so I should take my valuables with me. When I went there, I found that the space had been squeezed into 6 tatami mats.I was hoping for the darts live in the photo, but it felt like I was at someone's house... It was cold and I left the room after 3 minutes.It was so cold that I asked for a blanket, which is a member's free amenity, but it didn't arrive even after 30 minutes, so I went to the front desk to pick it up, but they were planning on delivering it just now. Just give me a call...I requested breakfast at 9:30, but it arrived at 9:10. As for the pancakes, there is no salad in the image photo.Stayed on FridayRoom fee 9,340 yen + breakfast fee 680 yen (member price)For this price, I thought it would be better to stay at a nearby business hotel because it comes with a breakfast buffet, is clean, and has the security of being locked.

I couldn't use the outdoor open-air bath due to construction, but other than that I was very satisfied.It's great that they serve food at a cheap price.

We often use it on Mondays, Saturdays, and Sundays. The room was very clean and the bed was beautiful and well-cleaned. Also, the makeup staff worked hard even though they seemed busy.However, there are some deficiencies, such as the air conditioner not working in 210 and the TV monitor not working in 312. When will it be fixed? Despite this, I feel that the president, manager, etc. should give more thought to building a new affiliated hotel.Also, on Mondays, the voices of the front desk employees can often be heard from the front desk into the hallway. The highest room. It's too different from the HP photo. Dead fish and feces are visible from the bed, it's better not to see them anymore. If you are installing a fish tank, you should clean it every day! Goldfish poop is big, it should be a tropical fish. This room should rather be the cheapest. But the other systems are amazing! If you want to stay at a business hotel, this is the place. OK for women, OK for families, OK for one person.It's cheaper than a business hotel in front of the station, and you can relax in the bathtub.

The beer server roomIt's a shame because the beer was lukewarm and even though it was advertised as draft beer, it was Clear Asahi.The staff at the store was so unfriendly, I will never use them again.

After midnight, you can stay in all rooms at a flat rate.It is relatively close to the Kumagaya Bypass and has good access.
