I'm staying here for 2 nights starting tonight.When I came back from the bath earlier, the towel smelled like a rag and I felt sick.I didn't smell anything before taking a bath, but as soon as I wiped my body, it started to smell. I wiped my face with that towel without realizing it, and my face smelled like a rag, so I washed my face again in my room and used the towel I brought from home, and somehow the rag smell disappeared.I want to take a bath, but what do I do when I think of towels that smell when they get wet?

The meals were a buffet in the morning and evening, but there was also local cuisine, and the guests were treated with love and hospitality. If you ask me, there aren't many types of bread for breakfast. The open-air bath is also spacious 🎵

I stayed at this hotel on a long-term work trip. Dinner was a buffet and there was so much food that I didn't know what to choose for breakfast. The Hiroshima greens rice balls for breakfast were delicious. I felt good when I took a bath first thing in the morning. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi in the room was not available. I wrote about this issue in a questionnaire and received a reply and was properly addressed. It was a hotel that I would like to use again.

I was very satisfied with this hotel. I used it for the first time around summer vacation, and I was satisfied with the room, which was very nice and the special Japanese-Western room was cheaper than other rooms. The buffet at night and in the morning had a lot of variety and was very delicious. All the hot springs had nice views and I enjoyed them while looking at the spectacular views.There were times when the staff got the wrong room when I checked in, but they responded quickly and apologized properly, giving me a service coupon and making me realize that this is a good, well-maintained hotel. .I would definitely go again if I have the chance.

Service during meals is a big problem. It may have been a crowded day, but I only thought about filling in the squares when assigning seats. I don't recommend it if you don't want to feel uncomfortable. I think the food, hot springs, and guest rooms are typical of Orix Hotel.

Everything other than the food was above average.Less than satisfactory.I don't know if the way they prepare the food has changed, but I feel that the quality has generally declined.The sashimi isn't good, the meat lacks flavor, the sweets are a little weird, and it hurts that Haagen-Dazs is no longer available 😣

Overall it was very good.The open-air bath was also very nice. The food is also very delicious. I went for the all-you-can-drink plan, but I didn't think it was necessary because I was focused on food and couldn't drink as many drinks as I wanted.I have no complaints at all!

I heard that a friend of mine used to work here and had very good memories, so I was introduced to Mr. Toho this time.After I arrived, there was construction going on in front of the hotel, so I dropped off my luggage and friends in front of the entrance, parked it in a parking lot a little further down the slope, and walked back.The hotel has a spacious lobby and reception counter with beautiful cherry blossoms painted with Aizu lacquer to welcome you, giving you the feeling of being in touch with Aizu.As soon as I entered the room, I saw the magnificent mountain and was so impressed! When I stepped up to the window and looked down, I was twice as happy as I could see the entire city of Aizuwakamatsu.The building is not that new, but it is very clean!I had heard that the baths were popular, so I was excited to take a bath.I liked Tenku no Sora no Yu, but I prefer Tanagumo no Yu.The sunset clouds and sunrise clouds are spectacular and magnificent. It's a great location. I soaked in the hot water for a while. There was an indoor bath, sauna, and sleeping bath.The meals were buffet-style, and there was a live kitchen, and I could feel the enthusiasm of each chef to provide delicious food. I was able to experience delicious food for the first time in a while, thank you very much.Aizu's popular local dishes such as Kitakata ramen, sauce cutlet, etc. were also delicious.For those who don't eat a lot, and for people like me who eat a lot, there was a wide variety of Japanese, Western, and Chinese food, as well as a wide variety of desserts.Everything was really deliciousHowever, I stopped by the shop after the meal, and there were several customers who were buying souvenirs, but one of the staff members was busy with the service and kept the customers who followed him waiting for a long time. I stayed there on Saturday. However, there wasn't enough parking space in front of the hotel, so the staff quickly responded by transporting us by minibus or wagon. I would appreciate it if you could park a lot of cars so that if you forgot something in your car, you would be close by.

Good room, good view, good buffet, good bath...Once you stay at Onjuku Toho, everything about it is so wonderful that you won't want to stay anywhere else.I would like to stay there again soon and sightsee in Aizu.

It was my first time using it, but it was a fun and memorable trip.Best of all, the large open-air bath has a great view. I also enjoyed the buffet meal, which had a wide variety of items.This time I ate with the ``all-you-can-drink'' option, and it was great to be able to drink many glasses of delicious local sake along with Aizu's local cuisine.

It can't be helped since it's a large hotel with many rooms, but the bathroom and the room were too far apart, so I got lost three times. The buffet has a lot of items and is fun, but the taste is so-so, and this is it! There were about three that I found delicious. The bathtub is quite spacious and well-designed, so even if a lot of people were together, it was stress-free and calm. I couldn't feel the quality of the spring water. It feels like a four-star hotel...or so.

I'm a repeater.When I go to Aizuwakamatsu, I always choose Onjuku Toho.This time I came to see the "2024 Aizu Festival".My impression of staying here was ``an unwavering sense of stability.''Customer service, service, hot springs, food...everything is amazing.In particular, "Agaransho" has excellent stability. Great selection, delicious food, and warm staff.Please come again next time.The only thing that was missing was the staff at the front door who were not friendly and smiling. I think so. The foreign staff smiled and tried their best to say "Welcome" and "Thank you for your hard work" in Japanese, but I felt that the Japanese staff did not smile or be friendly.When I saw the face of the hotel welcoming me, I momentarily felt "huh?!".

I booked the room using the Omakase plan.I stayed on the upper floor of the lobby building, and the food and bath were wonderful.I traveled with my mother, but it was a memorable trip.I would like to use it again

I used it on a family trip. Even though we arrived early, they kindly handled the formalities for us, which made us really happy as we were tired from traveling long distances. I couldn't choose a room, but I was really lucky to have a nice room. The staff was wonderful in the dining area, in the bathroom, and in the lobby. To be honest, the sliding door of the toilet in the room made a loud rattling noise that bothered me during the night. However, right after we got back, my family and I were talking about wanting to stay the night again. Thank you again for your continued support!

Living in the prefecture, I don't have many opportunities to stay overnight, so it was my first time staying here in over 10 years. The hot springs and food were both excellent. I was disappointed to hear that the morning mochi pounding was no longer available, but I was very happy because there was a mochi booth and you could eat as much soft mochi as you want. My friends who came from outside the prefecture were also satisfied. I would like to come again!
