The bad smell was in the room, and the worst part was that the touch panel was pressed without permission and we couldn't choose our own room. For some reason, you will be shown to a room that costs 9,900 yen, and you should be careful of the foreign lady at the front desk who is in her 40s or 50s. I'm a person who just smokes iQOS and doesn't listen to me. I want my money back

I'm giving this place 5 stars within the constrains of the budget. So keep that in mind.The staff are very nice, they dealt with me despite me still learning Nihongo, the rooms are clean and convenient. I've stayed here twice for a total of 6 days. Would come back next time I need a room in Saitama.

The difference between the photo and the actual room is huge.Even though it's non-smoking, it stinks.At this price, this room is a bit sad.I didn't know where it was at first because it was on the 4th floor in a bar district.

I stayed for 2 nights and 3 days.The room I stayed in was A408.It looks wide, but it's narrow and fairly spacious.I chose the B type (separate) room, which is the largest, but it was a little different from the room listed on the website, so it seems that there are various rooms available.But if you're staying overnight, I think it's the best option as it's cheap.I am grateful that they are willing to take care of things like changing towels if I ask them frequently.This is just my impression of A408.The bed is a little narrow and small for two people to sleep in, but I don't think it's bad.The edge of the bed is a little sore...The bath is a little small for two people, but it is clean.The wash basin was a little small.It is helpful that there are many places to point to the outlet 🔌.The refrigerator is small.The building itself may be a little difficult to find, but Seven is right in front of it, so it's convenient.
