Love the nice and friendly service staff. Though breakfast quantity can be improved but the quality is very good.Room air-conditioning is good. Love the bed and pillows.Toilet drainage can bevinproved though. Clean and fluffy towels.Location is easily accessible via Grab. Not an issue.My third stay in this hotel. Will be my good-to hotel each time I come Batam.

1. Room entrance ceiling was raining water in the middle of the night.2. The bathroom drainage during shower constantly flooded.3. The beds & towels has alot of brownish stains.4. Could feel the spring coil when lie on bed. Pillow toooo soft.5. The TV signal sucks. No channels were watchable6. Poor lighting design. Toilet has a glass window facing the bed, if you turn on, the room would be too bright to sleep in. off the toilet lights, the corridor light is off too.7. Swimming Pool water is milky.8. Breakfast nothing to shout about. But the main problem is the preserved vegetable served has mould on it.

As for the hotel facilities, everything is okay..The food menu is quite varied, the location is strategic, close to everywhere, even though the hotel view is only the rooms and buildings. Haha.,I like all the friendly staff...The restaurant staff really accommodated our complaints, who were a little chatty... Adek Zahra is friendly and beautiful...This is the second time I have stayed for therapy for my wife in Batam. Next time I will come back again.

Strategic location, room cleanliness is lacking, glasses are dusty, teapot inside is rusty, swimming pool is not maintained, tables around the pool are dusty and never cleaned. WiFi internet not working,

Staying again at this hotel in Batam, a four star hotel with a 5 star service. We were welcomed with warm smile as they recognized me as their returning guest. The receptionist Kristina and team as usual handle my check in and fast. During night time was greeted by the friendly Mr Muaz and checking up on how was my stay. And the breakfast team especially Ms Glay always attentive to my family these 3 days during our breakfast.All I can summarize that this hotel team has a superb hospitality service.To the management, kudos for having such a team. We will be back again.
