I used it for motorcycle touring during Obon. The location is close to Minami Wakkanai Station, and you can walk to the bar district in about 10 minutes.Seicomart is within walking distance. If you want to take a hot spring bath, you can also walk to Yamwakkanai Hot Spring, but it takes about 15 minutes. If you want to buy souvenirs at Fukuko Market, I think it's best to go there by car or motorcycle. When it comes to motorcycle theft, there is no need to worry as Wakkanai Police Station is next door to the east.Although the rooms inside the building feel a little old, they are generally kept clean. We have the minimum necessary equipment such as a refrigerator and toothbrush. There is an alcohol vending machine in the building. There is no coin laundry, but there is one a 1 minute walk away.In the morning, you can get free instant coffee. I had breakfast outside, so I won't comment on it. It was quite busy from the morning.Various cards can be used.

Accommodation period: June 2024Reservation grade: Non-smoking singleAssigned room: 2F*Since I spend about 150 nights a year both in Japan and overseas, this is mostly a memo for myself. The main things to focus on are bathing, gym, and laundry.■OverviewThe nearest station is not Wakkanai Station but Minami-Wakkanai Station, which may be a little inconvenient for train travelers, but it's also cheaper. However, there are not many regular restaurants in the area, so be careful. The lack of non-smoking rooms is a negative, but it's not a big problem since you can check availability when making a reservation. Considering the quality of the room, I feel like it could be a little cheaper, but considering the lack of hotels in Wakkanai, it may be unavoidable. If I have a chance to visit Wakkanai again, I would like to stay with you again.■Location7-8 minutes walk from Minami Wakkanai Station. There are restaurants along the street in front of Minami Wakkanai Station, but it's basically a drinking area for locals, so it's difficult to eat and drink. If you don't particularly want to eat local cuisine, Irohanihoheto (izakaya chain) or the family restaurant inside Saijo Department Store are safe options. Alternatively, there is a Seico Mart about a 4 minute walk away, so you can buy prepared foods.■Indoor-BreadthClean and spacious enough for one person.-sceneryIt's on the 2nd floor, so it doesn't have a particularly beautiful view. I apologize for the inconvenience, but I was surprised in a good way as I wasn't expecting such a warm reception from a hotel in Wakkanai.■Others・I was surprised to hear that the only non-smoking room is on the 2nd floor, and all rooms above that on the 3rd to 5th floors are smoking. It is understandable that the non-smoking floor is on the lower floor because smoke rises to the top, but I think there are more customers these days who would like a non-smoking room. I understand if the hotel advertises itself as a hotel that welcomes smokers, but...
