Yes, I'm on holiday in Batam, I'm staying here, the staff is friendly, the location is in the harbor area, it's usually expensive in this area but this hotel is really cheap, with nice rooms, the facilities are also enough for 2 days here, the toilets are clean and luxurious, there's a hairdryer, water heater, near here, it's a shame there's no elevator but it's okay for that price compared to other places which is cool

Claimed to be 4 stars hotel. The toilet is smelly, no ventilation. The hotel room is not level, a big step between the bedroom n the toilet. Cannot see the step especially at night, very dangerous for old people. My wife and I nearly fell twice. Not recommended for old people.

Very good location. Only about 5mins walk from Harbourbay ferry terminal. The staff are very nice and friendly. They answer questions politely. There is a 24hour halal chicken rice shop next door. Next to it there is a 24hour mart.We got a standard room, which is surprisingly clean and neat, albeit a strange stain on the bedsheet which we understand might have been difficult to remove but should not have been reused to make the beds. Bed and pillow are comfy. Aircon was awesome. Hot water is good too. Water pressure is reasonably alright. There is a weird smell coming from the drainage when you let the water run though but it is not all that overwhelming.We can see that they actually make an effort to keep the place clean. We got a non-smoking room but the smoke smell still enters the room at times but that is not a big issue to us.Be warned that this place has no elevator. We had to carry up our suitcase 3 floors.Overall, we are happy with the stay. Surprising, as we usually do not take standard rooms due to fear of being unhappy with the stay. But i can say that this place, although it is cheap, lived up to standards of a basic hotel.

Standard hotel but strategic location, food places are close to the left and right, morning activities are close to the jogging track, suitable for transit by boat via Habourbay port, just walk...Clean roomsThe bathroom is cleanNormal day / night 300 thousandWeekend 350 thousandThe rooms are standard, yes, and that's OK, there's no breakfast here, there's also an express laundry service if you need it. If you like the weekend, the room is fully booked, make sure you book well in advance if you're planning to stay at the weekend.

I regularly stay here during my visits to Batam but will probably need to find an alternative soon.They have stopped daily cleaning of the rooms!!! 😡Checked in last night. This morning I mentioned to reception that my room is available to be cleaned on my way out to grab a bite. On my return, I was told that the room can only be cleaned tomorrow as they only clean rooms once every 2 days. 😡🤦I don’t ask much of a hotel but cleanliness is non-negotiable.
