I was told that all Saturdays and Sundays are booked up to three months in advance. However, when I went to see it in person, there were some empty spots, so as I was touring, a man who looked like a user said, ``This place requires reservations, but they don't take reservations, right?'' ...Perhaps the old campers who are regulars reserve the entire schedule and location at the beginning of the month, then cancel the day before if they can't make it? It's extremely unpleasant and it's not your property.

A free campsite in Nishiwaki City.Make a reservation by calling or faxing the city hall.There are 8 sites, 4 on the level ground and 4 on the upper level.Although it is basically grass, two of the upper sites have some soil.The toilets are unisex, 1 male and 1 small, and 1 Japanese-style large. However, there is a multi-purpose toilet, so you can also use Western-style toilets.There is also a kitchen, so you don't have to worry about water.There are plenty of branches that can be used as firewood if you walk around them.You can camp quietly, and it's amazing that it's free.I deducted one star because there were a few bonfire spots, which was disappointing, and there was an old man standing there who thought he wouldn't be able to see it because it was late at night (did he really have a reservation?).It's not far from the parking lot to the site, and you can park your car next to the pavilion and drop off your luggage.

I am truly grateful for the campsite in Nishiwaki City, and I have been using it for many years.I just hope that such a wonderful campsite will not be closed down due to many people with bad manners recently.When I crossed this campsite in my light truck while doing my usual cleaning, I found that the group that had been camping there from September 12th to September 13th, 2023 had occupied the pavilion and started a fire. If you go again that evening, will you forget about the garbage? I was back.Nishiwaki City has kindly made it available for free, so I hope we can both use it comfortably.
