From what it looks like from a distance, the inside of the hotel is new and has a relaxing atmosphere, with a wood burning stove in the lounge. The bathroom was also large and comfortable to use.The guest room was a twin room with a unit bath, which was a little larger than a normal business hotel, which was helpful. This is a facility that I would like to use again.

Thank you for your help on my bike touring! I was able to park my bike in a fenced place for two-wheelers, and the inside of the building was beautiful and the hot springs ♨ were amazing!

Rooms are generally cleanMost of the staff are very nice. There are various sofas in the lobby, and you can drink kelp water for free until 9pm.There are only 2 hot springs indoors and 1 outdoor, but it's not bad.Sauna and cold bath are niceThe location is far from the city center and it is difficult to reach a convenience store on foot.

Although it was midsummer, we checked in from outside, where the weather was cold and cold. When I tried to turn on the air conditioner, it wouldn't turn on. When I called the front desk, did you insert the room key? and. If I don't plug it in, the lights in the room won't work, so I'm sure it's plugged in, right? ! They said they would come to your room, so I waited for a while, and after a while, they called and said it was ready to use. I wanted to turn on the heating because it was cold, but I could only use the air conditioning. I think it may be unavoidable due to the season, but I wish they would be a little more flexible and consider the weather that day and listen to customers' requests. Even though it's quite expensive, the people at the front desk are not friendly. I handed over the key and was told it was high-speed, and there was no guidance inside the building. Is this your first time staying at most hotels? I'm used to that, so I was disappointed in the response. Even if the facilities and food are good, if the people are not good, you will never have good memories. Please study hospitality.

Although it was not a consecutive night stay, I booked a two-night stay on Rakuten at the end of July. A twin room is used by one person. I made a reservation on Rakuten Travel and the prices were 9,900 yen and 8,800 yen. The entrance and rooms are clean and there is a large bath.First of all, the woman at the front desk who is there from the evening is very responsive. Why did you choose this job? . Please be careful if you are staying overnight without meals, especially if you are coming by bus or taxi. The nearest convenience store is a 30 minute walk and an hour round trip. There are no restaurants nearby. Reservations are required inside the facility, so you cannot eat even if you just show up. There was a group when I went. There are shops, but they mainly sell souvenirs and there are no snacks. Even though the hotel creates a good atmosphere from the entrance, I am disappointed in the lack of consideration towards the guests. There is a bus stop about a 10 minute walk away, and I happened to catch the evening bus to Wakkanai Station, but the return trip cost 3,000 yen by taxi.
