I made a reservation under the "Room Management Plan," so I understand that I'm not in a position to complain no matter what room I'm given.It was very unfortunate that I was put in the smallest room.As much as I was looking forward to seeing the images on the homepage and the images posted here, I couldn't enjoy it because of the huge drop.There was only a shower curtain separating the bath and the washroom, so I had to be careful not to let water get into the washroom, so I couldn't relax.

I stayed at the casual building.The room was clean and the bathroom was clean and comfortable.The welcome drink, food, and breakfast were very delicious.The amenities are also great 👍I also appreciate the free headache medicine 💊. It was very helpful. thank you very much.It's really nice to be able to exit from the back alley 🚗 when you return home.One thing I would like to point out is that the rooms are not soundproofed enough that you can hear footsteps and doors closing in other rooms.I was very satisfied with everything else.Next time we will stay at the premium building.

The hotel is divided into cheap and high-end floors, and I usually only use the cheap ones.The interior has a Showa feel and is old, but the cleaning is thorough and I am satisfied with the clean room (`A`)

The female staff member's phone calls and customer service were very good! !The food menu is also the most delicious of any hotel around here!

It looks like a cheap love hotel from the Showa era.The bed, bathroom, sofa, and washroom are all old.The bathroom smelled like mold, and the bathtub was battered and full of scratches. There are no toilets or slippers. Enter the room with slippers. I wonder if it's hygienic. The air conditioner is also a stand-up type (of course old), and the air only blows in front of the air conditioner. The bed doesn't work at all. It's really hot. Summer is the worst.There are also very few amenities. The price is reasonable and there are no good points.

I used this hotel this time because I couldn't get a hotel during my trip to Kawagoe.Basically, there were no problems, but I wonder if there is a problem with the soundproofing since it is a hotel for adults. I could hear outside voices normally.Also, the bed was extremely hard, making it difficult to sleep and causing back pain.

Some of the rooms were a little old, but they were clean and I was satisfied. I also made a mistake when entering my meal information, so I received a call from the front desk right away, but they responded politely. Cooking takes time, so it's best to order early. I want to go again.

Even though I had reserved a suite in the Premier Building and had called in advance to let them know that I would be arriving, when I arrived at the hotel I was told that I couldn't use the room, so I had to downgrade my stay. My plans are ruined.

It is divided into A building and B building, one side is cheap and the other side is rich. Even the cheaper ones are perfectly clean and nice. The basic structure is the same, but the richer one is larger overall, including the shower room. Cheaper options are popular on holidays and get booked out quickly. The very good thing about this hotel is that each room has a denma. There is even disinfectant paper installed. You'll understand how good it is when you use it (lol). On the way back, you can exit to Secret 407 from the back of the cheaper side.
