The moment I entered the room there was a weird stench. The carpets are full in stains, the wallpapers are peeling, the bed have stains and the whole room is just very dusty and dirty.

the dirtiest hotel I've ever seen, I ordered from agoda because it's 4 stars, but once I got in, it's dirty, there's not even one star, all the guests who entered this hotel left again, they said the money can't be returned because it's been sold to another boss, it's been sold but still rented out to people, instead of being renovated, the carpet is moldy... the beds are black, please don't do this if you want to cheat, pity the guests if you bring children.. the roomboy is also lazy like that, he is told to change the room and even disappears.. Roomboy 1 also likes to play on his phone, if you don't want to work, just go home and sleep, don't eat blind pay.. make this hotel emotional

The room very dirty is totally different from the pictures, the room is very very dirty, it's not the same as the picture, the bed has lots of super dirty carpet spots, it's ridiculous (disgusting) this is a scam，when I woke up in the morning there were fleas coming out of the pillow, the fleas were sucking blood... my body feels itchy...the money cannot be returned, I booked this hotel for two days, only stayed 1 day...let's just say the money was thrown into the sea...this is the dirtiest hotel I have ever seen...don't come here you will regret it for the rest of your life...price is 500 thousand per night because it's near New Year's Day... I don't even want to give it free

Actual hotel name is Cardinal lucky star hotel which is a 2star/no rating hotel

Location is what gives this place the advantage , the room I got was quite old with dirty rug and torn wall papers but for the amt 22S$ (deal for weekday maybe) per night it was still a good option ..

Terrible place. Carpets had burnt marks, dirty carpets, toilet walls were not clean, stains on the mattress etc. definitely not a any star kind of hotel

The location is adequate for many places and quite easy. The towels smell delicious. The view from the side is quite good even though it is raining.Lack1. The room looks like it has lots of spots, so it looks dirty.2. The water has an unpleasant aroma, I almost vomited because of it.3. The color of the towels is too old.4. The room is not soundproof, I can hear conversations in the next room.5. There are several places where tissue is swabbed.6. We ordered a no smoking room, but there was a smell of cigarettes in the room, apparently the windows had not been cleaned from previous cigarette residue.

Sigh, what a shameless business operator. This is NOT 4-star, not anywhere near to deserve the use of premium. Not near to Grand Batam mall (not walkable), do quick google search and you will realize there is no suitable walking path to the mall.This is a scam. Please do not be cheated by this place - level 2 units we requested for change of rooms, filled with aftermath heavy smoke smell, mold everywhere (look up from the walls), stinky toilet, smell from sink, water from pipes are yellowish with stench, air conditioner is not controllable and smells full of pollutants. Refer to the attached photos.We felt ill from just one night coz we checked in a tad late and checked out immediately the next day, forfeiting 2 fully paid nights. Kindly note that NONE of the rooms has windows, very bad living condition and not recommended even for a night. Complete rundown.Fyi, we did a quick search and realized that Reddoorz took over the Cardinal Lucky star (2-star hotel), zero maintenance left to waste. Their working level are people who smokes at the lobby and walkway even below the ‘no smoking’ sign. I hope the operator gets their just desserts, or at least stay in such conditions to feel welcomed.
