Huhu, the bed is not good, it hurts all over the body... and the room is not soundproof... we can hear when we talk from outside the room... and there are not many choices for breakfast 🥲

The hotel is good, the atmosphere when you enter is like home, the staff are friendly and welcoming.This morning I was given good service from the restaurant team, especially for Dio. I was offered to take photos because I like photos. The food variants were delicious, but the squid was a bit hard.

From the first check-in process, the Grand Eska Hotel was greeted in a friendly manner and the movement to bring my things to my room was very fast by Felix, the hotel is also nice and aesthetically suitable for families, this morning I had breakfast and I was warmly welcomed too and without me asking Riski and Yulia offers omelettes and tea, but unfortunately the breakfast menu choices are less attractive, the breakfast menu could be improved in the future, next time I will visit this hotel again

The interior of the building is very nice nd beautiful. located in a strategic place not far from the ferry terminal nd not far from the city center. Almost all employees serve well, especially yulia who served me well nd politely when I wanted to drink afternoon tea, she also gave me a cake nd can remember well what I ordered.The service is very good but a little unfortunate because the taste of the food is lacking, maybe the taste nd presentation of the food can be improved

The walls are thin so you can hear noises all around from the cars downstairs to people talking along the corridor and people moving table/chair upstairs.TV needs major improvement need options like Netflix so we can connect and watch movies. It also needs international channels like HBO, etc.Breakfast needs more options for Western/American.One thing that stands out is definitely the service. The staff are friendly and always there for the guests. I have stayed in many hotels in Nagoya but this has the best service so far. Room is also clean so for clean freaks out there don't worry about this.
