Good location, less than 10 mins drive away from ferry terminal (there are e-hailing rides like Grab & Gojek in Tg. Pinang), with many eateries nearby.Bed is comfortable. Room's sound insulation not good, could hear sound from passing vehicles plus loud talking, laughing & screaming in the middle of the night.Cleanliness generally good except for dusty surfaces. Very importantly, room has no cigarette smoke. It has a mini fridge & safe.Bathroom is clean, comes with semi shower partition & good water pressure. No sewage smell.Good tv & wifi signal in room. A/C works well.Breakfast provided.Staff from front desk, dining & housekeeping helpful & friendly, special mention to Santoso & Yunus.Overall value-for-money & pleasant stay.

The rooms are really cool, cheap only 220k, free from cigarette smoke, cleanAnd the first time at the hotel, I saw a Bible in the room, I didn't know it was from the hotel/I had other guests who missed it, I'm a Christian, I'm sure I'll be happy to see this๐This is superrrrrr

Usually you get a comfortable room in the back near the garden, this time I was disappointed to get a room in the new building1. There were 2 centipede carcasses in the bathroom that were not cleaned2. The bathroom water smells like carrion3. The refrigerator is not cold4. We weren't told that there was more construction the next day, so we should have been able to wake up in the afternoon and sleep peacefully, instead we were disturbed by the noise from the other rooms which were under construction5. You should not give visitors to a room that is not ready to be occupied

The place is just close to the port and we got a room on the 3rd floor which has lift facilities so we weren't too tired going to the room

Got a room in the new buildingโฆcomfortable & clean. The price per night is pocket friendly...worth it, but there are no cups for making coffee in the room. Overall good ๐

Don't expect much from the hotel prices offered. Yes... Appropriate. But there are still many minuses. In my opinion, the only pluses are fast Wi-Fi and cold AC. ๐

It's worth it for the price paid,unfortunately there are no bedroom slippers.Don't take advantage of the breakfast provided, because actually Tanjung Pinang is a culinary paradise in the morning, afternoon and evening

the hotel room was very dirty, the bed cover had lots of dirt and blood on it, the towels were also quite dirty in my opinion, the toilet smelled really bad, and what was worse the AC wasn't cold even though it was set but still not cold, the room was very very not feasible.

From the outside it looks ordinary, didn't expect much because it's really cheap, it turns out the rooms are quite comfy, the furniture is new, comfortable and quite spacious... you can get breakfast too... for under 200... this hotel is really good

Enjoyed staying at Bintan Lumba - Lumba. The receptionist was friendly, the service was okay, the rooms were clean, fragrant. City center location, everywhere is close. After dawn... jogging around the hotel while having morning food... Highly recommended...
