I checked in between 17:00 and 18:00 on October 14th. We had booked two rooms for two people, but one of us had to cancel on the same day, but the female staff member was very kind. Thank you very much!

I stayed here to avoid the morning traffic jam due to family business.I was directed to a parking lot that was far away and expensive, so if you don't know, it would be better to politely tell them to check it out on their own since the fees may change. The room is small since it's in Tokyo, but it's clean and has plenty of amenities, including smoke prevention equipment for disaster prevention, which is surprising even though I've lived in hotels overseas for half of the last 33 years. This time, they happened to have a vacancy and they upgraded me to a twin room. The hotel staff at the front desk was also very nice. You can also see trains from the window, so it's good for train lovers. It is said to be the oldest APA hotel in Tokyo.I want you to continue to do your best😃

When I took the bath towel, a tangled mass of dust and hair fell down. I didn't really understand what was happening.

Easy to find right from the station. The price was reasonable and it would have been nice to be able to order food. Can I request it depending on the plan?

postscriptI forgot to write it down. When I went there just before 3pm, I was told that check-in wasn't open yet, so I sat in a chair in the lobby and waited.People who came later checked in even before 3pm.It was getting crowded, so I waited for a while before checking in.If you can check in, please give me a call. Not attentive.〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜I was worried because there were many reviews from other people about the air conditioner not working, but there were no problems in that regard. However, I felt that the cleaning was not done properly.Even though the area next to the TV was easily accessible, it was dusty and there was even a spider thread. The carpet in the room was black, but I thought they probably didn't clean it often because it was black so the dirt wouldn't be noticeable. When I rented an air purifier, it was handed to me at the front desk, but the surface was full of dust.I was disappointed, thinking that I should at least give it a quick wipe before handing it over.I thought that if the surface was so dusty, I would never clean the filter inside. Are all APA hotels like this? Also, I booked directly, but Agoda is a bit cheaper...

Right next to Itabashi Station. Convenience store nearby. Good location. The accommodation rate is also cheaper than the same APA hotels in Ikebukuro and Sugamo, making it a great deal. The building is a detached property and is a bit old, but even though it is next to the railroad tracks, the sound of the trains is blocked out quite a lot, so I was not bothered by the noise.Even if you plan to stay without meals, there are convenience stores, Mac stores, and bakeries (with eat-in options) nearby, so you won't have any trouble finding breakfast. You can see the Saikyo Line from the window. Recommended for train lovers? ?

I stayed at this hotel from August 10, 2024 to August 31, 2024It was my very first experience in JapanMe and my friend were pleasantly surprised by the proximity of Itabashi station to the hotelAll the major districts of Tokyo are close by train (Ikebukuro/Shinjuku/Shibuya) and so on.Quite a few shops are also used nearby (Lawson/Family Mart/7 eleven/a large supermarket located 5 minutes walk away/a supermarket right next to the entrance to the establishment/restaurants/a McDonald's/ bank and many other things)We arrived very late on the day of our reservation. But due to flight delays and blockages at customs, we arrived on August 12 at 3 a.m.We thought our reservation was lost but the staff were lovely, they are all there to welcome you no matter the time of day or nightThey gave us the card to access our room without asking us any questions or making any comments. We were even offered food when we arrived.(Besides, we apologize again for the big delay that day and we sincerely thank you for your understanding)The hotel is very well maintained at the entrance and clean to die forThe staff adapts to your language (we were 2 French tourists with difficulty speaking English and yet the staff took the time to speak to us, using translators to help us and make us as comfortable as possibleThe rooms are also very well maintained, cleaning is done almost every 2 daysClean linen is made available to us almost every day if notSlippers are also provided as well as everything you need (shampoo/conditioner/shower gel/razor/Cotton Swab/cotton towel/toothpaste/toothbrush/comb)On the 4th floor you can also wash your laundry, laundry is at your disposal (before leaving I left you a box of capsule detergent so you don't have to take it on the plane, this could be useful to people who are still staying with you )And to finish the last day we had our flight at 7 p.m. we wanted to enjoy the city one last time before returning homeThe hotel agreed to keep all our suitcases (5 suitcases/2 large carry-on bags/2 handbags/and clothes) and everything for free, we only asked what time we plan to come and collect them, nothing more, nothing more. less !We left our suitcases without any fear that anything would disappear and we were right, we came back and nothing had moved, everything remained in the same place as when we left.On our way back we collected our suitcases at the agreed time with some additional purchases. The staff gave us time to put everything in our bags one last time without telling us anything. The staff provided us with a scale so that we could weigh our suitcases before leaving for the airport. And last thing, we stayed 3 weeks at APA Hotel, all with ideal value for money for 2 young people (23 and 24 years old) with top-notch customer service on top of that! All this to say that you made our very first trip to Japan exceptional!Thank you to the entire APA Hotel team, we will come back and stay in your hotel!ARIGATÔ GOZAIMASU!🇫🇷🇯🇵

It was good to be near the station. The receptionist at the counter was polite and gave a good impression.
