Hotel Cleanliness was not so good, Room No.111 was smell with Cigarette Smoke and Cigarette-butt scattered in the room.Bath-room Door lock was broken. Dirty Towel prepared for Guest.The Only Good thing is, The Hotel provide Free Meals for Dinner, other than Breakfast.

For this price, this hotel is already the best, so don't have high expectations and compare it with star hotels, if the relevant comparison is with similar hotels, for me this hotel innovates by maintaining free dinner, for low budget people it is clearly very helpful, it can save expenses, if If you want a varied menu, just look for a hotel with a higher price rate, for me the menu is simple but try to prepare it completely, for dinner the menu is rice, side dishes, accompaniments, water, fruit, for breakfast there is an additional menu of plain bread with jam, for room conditions I suggest choosing the deluxe one, because the room size is bigger, the sea view can be a moment to refresh your mind, the water heater for making children's milk is easy, the clothes hangers can be used for drying clothes, previously stayed in the superior type, room number 201, bathroom water floor drain clogged, view of the main road, house keeping staff are very friendly and helpful, I always ask for a change of footwear, for hotel slippers you also have to request them and they will be given them. If the sheets and towels have holes, maybe you can start changing them slowly now, but because every time I stay at a hotel I always bring my own towels. I really understand and understand the condition of this hotel management. I definitely recommend this hotel for low budget people, it's really an interesting hotel, the security is very friendly, if the receptionist is according to the reviews most people are not helpful, they seem lazy and not very informative in explaining, if you see customers looking confused, it's best to take the initiative to ask "Is there something wrong?" can we help you again?"

I couldn't stay at this hotel, because it was full booked on weekends (for standard, deluxe, superior rooms) but I thank the hotel staff for their fast response and very informative.Strategic location, right next to the ferry port, to the hotel you only need to walk 5 minutes.Close to find a place to eatNear the Coastal areaAmple parking

I stayed in a sea view room priced at 400 thousand while a standard room was priced at 300 thousandWhat's unique about staying here is that we get 2 vouchers, namely breakfast and dinner, even though the menu is simple but it's very good in my opinion, it's very close to the port, only a 2 minute walk...Rooms with sea views are very serene at night 😊

The rooms still need to be upgraded, the AC is running and the hot water sometimes turns on, sometimes doesn't. The room is not clean, especially the bed sheets. The service is still lacking, the receptionist is not friendly and seems less responsive when asked. There are two security guards, both are 5 stars, really good, friendly and often smile at guests. Please improve the breakfast menu, almost the same menu every day. For dinner, please pay more attention, at 7 o'clock the food is almost finished, and not refilled. The dinner food menu also needs to be improved, whether the menu is finished or not, there was no answer. Dinner portions are limited, even though dinner starts at 6-8 but by 7 the food is almost gone. I only got the rest and the eggs. The dinner drink with the syrup was almost finished and wasn't refilled. I just got the last portion at the end.Please, if you have guests, please don't laugh and laugh, it's impolite. The receptionist has been improved, the tone of voice is controlled, the way of serving is more efficient. The location is just right, only the service and rooms are lacking.

Very affordable price and included buffet dinner and breakfast. The staff very friendly and kind. They let me checked in early as I arrived early in Tanjung Balai. There is wifi in the hotel. The restaurant at the rooftop, can enjoy the view and sea wind while enjoying your dinner and breakfast. The room is nice and spacious and very clean. There is no towels but can request.
