I recently had the opportunity to stay at the RAV Tanjung Pinang hotel. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, with friendly staff making sure I felt welcome and well informed about the hotel facilities. However, the room and hallways did have a bit of an unpleasant smell.The location is highly recommended if you are looking for a place to stay away from the hustle and bustle and close to the airport. The rooms are not very spacious and make it easy for guests to perform their prayers. The breakfast is not very recommended, not many choices and only opens at 7am.

What kind of hotel? I ordered 3 days ago with a non-smoking room, but instead I was given a smoking room, if the smell wasn't strong I could still accept it, this is really annoying. When I wanted to move rooms, the special reason was that those who booked a hotel in the new place were given a non-smoking one. the jutek waiter did not help the afternoon officer at 5 o'clock on July 1 2024

Accommodation with friendly prices and still comfortable rooms, there is also a food court on the ground floor... it's okay to stay here.But of course there are suggestions, right, not everything is perfect 😃😄,, there is no lift, so go to the 3rd floor, use your feet to climb the stairs okay🙃.. The wifi is slow (I'm on the 3rd floor), the breakfast is just ordinary, so please take this into consideration, friends. who want to stay here. Hopefully in the future it will be further improved.

Room 211 is spacious and clean because it is a family room.For attention...the room is noisy because of the sound of the machine.The noise of the water machine and AC fans in all the hotel rooms next to room 211 makes you dizzy because it is very noisy. Can not sleep.The design and layout should be prepared for guest comfort.It is deeply regretted.I have reported it to the officer/receptionist but there is no solution.Service/receptionist communication style also still needs to be improved.
