-10STARS would be given if there's such selection!!!Booked family suite on level 7. A room with a separate living room, just nice since we travel in 3. Wasn't informed of lift broke down which happened A WEEK before we checked in. Hence walking up n down from level 7. IM NOT SLIM & FIT, IM FAT & OBESE!!!! My legs are aching, my knees end up hurting badly.Asked for a change of room in the lower floor , we dont mind down grading our rooms, we just want it to be on the level 2 with 2 rooms. WE The next day, managed to shift down to level 5. Normal suite, just adding 1 single mattress on the floor for us. Not 2 rooms provided! The moment we open our luggage, there isnt any room for us to walk anymore.Requested for a change again, for 2 separate rooms, but given just 1 room, saying its the same size as the level 5. But after shifting down to level 2, the room was alot more SMALLER than the level 5. Horrible. Extremely horrible. We are squeezing in 1 tiny pathetic room. Instead of 2 separate rooms. Especially when my husband & i was on our "honeymoon" & my daughter's advance birthday.Room on level 5, has FLIES & many of them, The water heater is either spoilt or damaged, can't even have a warm shower. TV = useless!! Nothing is clear to watch. Now the room on level 2 is worse, minus the insects...Receptionist are HORRIBLE. I was told to wait for people to checkout then they give 2nd room. Came back from meals n shopping, check with receptionist, he claims he doesn't know anything & needs to check with his team again while i wait. POOR COMMUNICATION WITHIN INTERNAL!! I FELT THAT MY FAMILY & I WERE TREATED LIKE A FOOL!!!

The cool elevator broke down then. Bad wifi. TV broadcasts are the same too. Hot water can be hot for a long time at night. Room prices are also expensive. Think about who wants to stay at the Blitz Batam Center Hotel

The elevator is dead, the telephone on display doesn't have a cable, there's no towel. Imagine that on the 6th floor you have to go up and down stairs.

Old facilities hotel. When we checked in we found the bed sheet is broken n dirty 'cause it' t too old, broken floor, cracked furniture and wall paper, and also the old towel. No hair dryer.

It's a mess, housekeeping doesn't have any morals, just open the door, actually I knocked on the door... he said the reason was because he didn't answer that's why he opened the door... just imagine if the female guest was still sleeping, or taking a shower, he just went in and played. ..we were reprimanded..ee said it was SOP, what about the management? This hotel has terrible privacy

First and maybe last stay at this hotel... even though the hotel rates are high, the hotel doesn't provide slippers, 1 extra bed, but towels aren't given, breakfast isn't available at 8, even though it says it's until 9.30, and there are still some guests who don't get in. , when asked he said he was cooking, but asked if it was still taking a long time, the response was that he didn't know, so where did you know that he was cooking, where's the logic... we waited 1 hour, they didn't give us any news, instead they had already tidied up all the utensils and leftover food, So where does he go, cooking in his dreams like that 😓... for his friends, just choose another hotel, rather than regret it later...

the first impression of a hotel is the receptionist. when we arrived we were told to sit down and wait, while she was SHUFFLING HER PAPERS. what paper tidying activity is more important than serving the guest. then while we were processing the check in the phone rang, she stayed on the phone for close to 10 minutes instead of the telling the caller to hold for 10 seconds max (that was the time she needed to finish the check in process) and made us wait that long. learn to prioritize, miss.we got a deluxe double room for less than 300k. the room was decent, spacious. not too clean but not like sloppy either. a few stains on the bathroom floor. barely any hot water. standard bathroom amenities (soap shampoo toothbrush toothpaste)service staff was pretty responsive and amicable when we complained about some things.location is great if you wanna try different food. there were plenty of restaurant and street food and cafes within walking distance. malls too. 25 minutes from the airport and 10 minutes from the ferry harbour.all in all not too bad. but I wouldn't come back here.

its recomended hotel if u want try variety street food. only 5 minute to reached and the famous bebek carok the madura tradisional food.. 5 - 10 minute on vehicle from batam centre point ferry terminal.
