Already paid via online app but still charged by the cashier and told us to just contact the online app. The service is bad, the staff so rude. This is literally act of fraudIt's not recommended to stay here, it's better to just look for another accommodation

Location is good but staff is bad they charge you more even if you have paid online with 100,000IDR security deposit they dont speak english they are hell rude but room service aunty is sweet. Washroom dont have wash basin( photo of washroom uploaded by oyo is fake ) . Its cheap hotel with good location but with bad service if you are here just to enjoy and dont care about room service its good , near to market , near to food market too , night life is also good near by. Nagoya hill mall is 10 /12 mints walk. There is a super mart opposite to oyo inside mobile mall but donot book from any app.. they even have the broken washroom door with no light down in sitting area & don’t have any other

Be aware that the room rate on Agoda may be misleading. Even after paying through Agoda, you need to pay additional cash at the hotel. Furthermore, Agoda has not yet corrected the inaccurate room price listing

The room was just slatted so the walls made a scratchy sound. Then when we checked in we weren't told the location of the room, but when we got to the room it was at the end of the other stairs, we wandered around and couldn't find it. Luckily there were good people who knew where the room was. An extraordinary experience because the water was dead until 9 days ago in Batam.

The room does not match the price booked via Agoda, because there are still additional room prices. the condition of the room is chaotic, it doesn't match the picture, the room is not cleaned before guests enter, the AC doesn't work, the service is chaotic. It is not recommended to book via Agoda to remove hotels like this. Oyo hotel but Kawar is far from the hotel, outside the hotel building

Just a suggestion, change the price on Agoda or Traveloka, don't arrive at a new hotel and say the price doesn't match the application, let's order on the application because it's a cheap price! It's crazy to go up 4 floors of stairs, for those who want to order, be careful, even though I haven't stayed here once or twice, but the number of times I've been really disappointed, even though previously the price was under 100 km, it's still on the 2nd floor, no more. but it can't be canceled anymore.

WiFi is not smooth on the 2nd floor. The TV is decent, there are 4 channels. the price is not appropriate, the minimum standard room is 110k.
