Like other comments, people will either like or dislike this. First of all, there is no consideration at all regarding barrier-free issues. The road from the parking lot to the facility is narrow and gravelly, and the rooms have stairs. I think it would be difficult if you have a wheelchair or stroller. The female staff member will have a friendly conversation with you, but there is no further response. We are still carrying out forced disinfection in various details. (It's not a bad thing, but I think it's worth calling out loudly.)The room is very small. There is no space to put your luggage, making it difficult to walk in the aisles. Periodically, a mysterious noise wakes me up and makes me think there's an earthquake. Room wear is available for a fee. There are two communal family baths. The hot water is very hot and the size is just right. Rinse-in shampoo and body soap are provided, but they are of minimal brands, so if you have a preference, it is better to bring your own. Bath towels are available for a fee.The food was delicious and in good quantity. You can get refills of rice for free.Overall, I'm not sure if I want to repeat it, but the kids were happy and the atmosphere was good.

The room is small. Turn on the heating and it looks like there is construction outside. It vibrates when you sleep. There is no private bathroom. The toilet is public. Washing your face and brushing your teeth is also public. The bathroom is on the first floor. Although there is a hot spring, it does not flow. The floor is so precious that you cannot drag luggage. , the stairs are steep, you have to carry luggage upstairs (dangerous), blankets cannot be spread, only covered with quiltsThe service is not good, and there are many rules. If you don't follow the rules, you will have your key taken away. Because you are staying here for 3 days, towels cost money, and they won't help you with your luggage. You can't take a shower after 10 o'clock. There is no hot water in the morning. The temperature dropped to 100 degrees in early November. 3rd degree, can’t speak EnglishThe location is remote. Cars cannot park outside the door and must pass through a gravel road.

The owner and his wife were kind and good at cooking, and the rooms, baths, and toilets were thoroughly cleaned! I didn't know where the attraction my son wanted to go to, but I'm grateful that he kindly told me about it. Also, the food was delicious, especially the fish and meat dishes! You can have freshly grilled fish dishes and steaks brought to you. The breakfast croissants are also delicious, and you can have them brought freshly baked. The bath has an aroma of peppermint and lavender, and the underground water contains a lot of minerals, making it difficult to cool down. It certainly warmed up nicely. thank you very much!

I have stayed at several pensions in Nasu.It was a shockingly terrible accommodation.First, when I arrived by car, there was a rope in the parking lot. After I said it, I was left out and I no longer felt welcome. When we got inside, the room was too small and there were no chairs, so it was a strain on our backs for those of us over 50.and when i went to the toiletThere was extra toilet paper in the bag, and I said, ``Don't use it for anything else, and don't take it home with you.''It saysThere is tissue paper in the roomBecause there is noThere are people with hay fever and people who blow their noses a lot especially in the winter because it's cold in the Nasu Highlands.Because I don't have tissueshow to use toilet paperI think it can't be helpedI thought it was disgusting.I think it's strange that there are no tissues. Also, the main power of the TV was turned off, so I looked everywhere for it.I called and askedI feel like he's calling meTake a bath towel to take a bathWhen I went to the reception to borrow it,30 minutes before meal timePlease don't call out to meThere is a note,It was an hour agoThat's why I thought the phone call was so unpleasant.Anyway everywhereToo many requests from customersPlease turn off the lights in the bathroom and leave it open when you leave. There were also various writings in the hallway.I thought it was a little scary,To dinner,The food was very deliciousThe quantity is small.Until now, I have stayed at other pensions. It seemed like there was so much food that I couldn't finish it all.I was disappointed because it felt so little.Since we were the only customers, the wife kept talking to me while I was eating.I couldn't taste it.I got hungry halfway through, soI went through it thoughIt's fun to talk a littleIt's too long and he doesn't stop talking even when he's eating the main menu.I'm too sensitive. Please write a review after returning home. There were people who read this and had a harder time than we expected.I regret that I should have read it properly. We will never go again.I regret it.We will never go again.

This is a family-run pension. There is a lot of room for improvement in the service. It was my first time staying at an accommodation with this kind of service, so I was constantly surprised.Despite the coronavirus pandemic, there were about 20 people (5-6 groups) staying there.★Toilet seat cover in the toilet (unsanitary)★Make the bath slippery. (I think we should allocate time for cleaning, even if it's just 5 minutes.)★Even water is not served satisfactorily. (I was asked to drink tap water. They didn't even lend me a glass. They didn't even have paid water. Even when I was eating, there was no pitcher of water, and the service forced me to order a drink.) Of course I would order a drink, but I only live on water, so I asked if I could have some water, but I felt that the interaction with the other person was not a pleasant response. Of course, they don't give you the next one even if you run out of water. Don't you want to wash the glasses for all the customers? I get the impression that they are trying to figure out the profit and loss.★Even though I was staying for several nights, I was asked to leave because there was cleaning to be done from 10am to 4pm.This really surprised me and made me wonder what kind of dictatorial service this is.What should people do if they want to stay overnight? What would you do if you wanted to take a break in your room after sightseeing? I can't think of anything. Even though I paid the price properly!!Fortunately, I didn't have to go back to my room after sightseeing until the evening, but I was told that I couldn't enter the room, so I was still dissatisfied. My husband was really surprised by the service and said he would never come again. I feel the same way.The good thing is that the location is really convenient. It's a great location for families. Also, the food was very delicious. Both the adult and children's meals were very delicious. It would have been nice to be able to choose a large serving of rice. It wasn't enough for my husband. This is a harsh personal opinion, but I hope it will be helpful.

I had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay. Thank you for staying with us during this coronavirus pandemic. We had a lot of books, dolls, etc. in the lobby so that the children wouldn't get bored, and we also provided a lot of food that the children would like, like a kid's lunch, so they could enjoy it together.Next time I would like to visit during a warmer season.
