I stayed here for consecutive nights in September 2023. The national highway was going to be closed due to a bicycle race, so I decided to stay overnight. The site was a little high, so I took a position near the entrance. I don't know if it's just that site, but the pegs were hard to stick. But this campground is really nice. At the site in the white birch forest, there were squirrels wandering around and a family of deer wandering around. Unfortunately, the water in Lake Nukabira was so low that I couldn't go fishing. It was just a pain to walk to where there was water. I was able to really relax and explore the town of Nukabira. My only complaint is the location of the toilet is scary. I had to go to the bathroom several times during the night after drinking too much beer, but I had to go down a pitch-black staircase and walk a short distance through the forest, which was scary. The toilet itself was clean though. I feel like I would give it about 10 stars if they built a new one near the administration building. I visited again in October 2024, but there was a sign saying that the campground would be closed for the season in September.Unfortunately, we moved to another campsite.See you next year! !

The site is spacious and easy to use. The toilets and kitchen are kept clean. 350 yen per adult is probably too cheap, and you can also throw away the trash. Thank you.

Town-run campground. If you set up your property and have fun, a staff member will come by in the evening to settle the bill. It was ¥350. It is OK to light a bonfire on the bonfire stand. Open fire is prohibited. Yamato souvenir shops are your only choice when it comes to procuring ingredients.
