This pleasant residence run by an adorable family offers spacious, maintained and well-equipped rooms (air conditioning, kettle and refrigerator).The small balcony overlooking a peaceful garden is very nice.The welcome is warm and the owner is very helpful.Located in a charming working-class area, the place is ideal for relaxing, dining and enjoying local life.Good value for money for long stays.Bottled water and coffee are available in the lobby. Housekeeping is carefully done and a laundry service is possible.The establishment provides perfectly adequate internet installation. But you should know that the internet network in Chiang Mai is very relative despite the service sold by the operators. This is why the connection remains weak and unstable.I highly recommend a stay at Sripoom House. The perfect accommodation for comfort and ease for any solo traveler who wants to appreciate the beauty of this magnificent Rose of the North and the kindness of the locals.Thank you so much Mister Tee for this fabulous stay !

I had a very nice stay here in room 303, for 5 nights. The place is kept tidy and is run by a multi-generational family that really cares about their business and their guests.The location is very good. I was able to walk to many things, including my massage course at a nearby school.From talking to some of the owners, I learned that the grandmother in the family used to teach massage professionally.Overall they are all very knowledgeable on the area and very approachable for questions.

It’s good for a short stay in a great area located close to everything walking distance. Area is also safe and friendly people with foreign own restaurants surrounding the area so you have a mix of everything.

Rooms are dated but clean. Bed is very hard. Shower head broken but didn't bother to replace one. Overall okay.

Simple hotel in the downtown area. Large rooms, good bed, good shower. We were on the ground floor, and the door to the room faced the pool. Small pool but we never saw anyone in it, we didn't get in and it was fine. The small garden with benches.

Perfect place. The room is excellent, although all the windows and tables were washed. I recommend rooms 201 and 301, there are two windows, a balcony with a drying rack. There is a large refrigerator, a dressing table, but a desk, a large closet, a comfortable bed for me, and most importantly, screens on the windows. The room is bright and could use some freshening up. The air conditioner is on the balcony and is noisy. The road and bikes are inaudible. There is no sun in these rooms. There is a kettle. The only detergents are soap. They brought a fan right away. There is a TV. Downstairs there is tea, coffee and bananas. Also a cat and a dog. Full set. Costs 500 baht. They agreed to look at my bag while I was traveling around the north. I recommend. Don't take 306, it's close to the road and sunny. You can sleep without air conditioning.

OK with the price of 450 during the promotion. The disadvantage is that the parking lot is narrow. The entrance to the accommodation is a bit narrow.
