Overall the hospitality was goodHowever, when I first entered the room, I noticed the smell of cigarettes, so I opened the windows and turned on the air purifier.I'll deal with it somehow! Did it disappear after a while? Are you used to it?It still stinks when I go outside and come back.I felt so happy with the price starting from 30,000 yen. There was insufficient confirmation. Please be careful if you plan to stay here. The food was delicious as usualIt was my first experience changing into slippers at the entrance. The carpet from the lobby is fluffy! The crank-shaped passage turns 5-6 times and is a straight road, so you won't have to worry about finding a room.It seems like my wife was thinking of a birthday surprise. We prepared a sashimi platter (special order), and the hotel provided the fireworks for dessert. We were very impressed. The landlady again? I was moved twice by the lovely messages I received😁

This is my first stay here because of the good reviews. This is the first time I've had different hot springs in one inn, but it's very nice! Also, the food was very delicious and filling. However, it may depend on the room, but I was surprised that the room I stayed in this time was very old. First, after opening the door to the room, you have to go up about 10 steps to finally get into the room. My 81-year-old mother was also with me, so I was worried about falling because it was so difficult to get up and down. (There are many stairs inside the building.) The wallpaper is old, discolored, and peeling. The room smells musty, and it can't be helped that the building is old, but is there anything that can be done about this smell? Even with air purifiers in all rooms, there is a smell. I think at least changing the wallpaper would make a difference. There was also an entrance (inside the room) that looked like a community center that was no longer in use, so it was a little scary. The hallways and windows are also filthy with dead insects and bugs. However, the open-air bath in the garden is spacious enough for two adults to take a bath. My skin became smooth and this was good. However, the public bath did not feel clean, and when three people were using the shower, the drainage was poor and the water did not drain properly. The shampooed water soaked all the way to the top of my feet, making it uncomfortable. There was no roller in the changing room, so there was a lot of hair falling, which was also uncomfortable. I was walking on tiptoe. Both the open-air bath in the room and the open-air bath in the public bath are covered with large, heavy lids, and you have to remove the lids when you enter and put them back on when you leave. That work is difficult. Not suitable for the elderly or children. For some reason, they only gave me two baskets to take to the bathroom even though there were three of us staying the night.Accommodation costs are not cheap. (Over 100,000 yen for 3 people) If it's a reasonable price, I have no complaints, but the lack of cleanliness at this price is out of the question. There are also many other reviews about the lack of cleanliness, but it is questionable that things have not been improved at all.

I stayed there last year, and it was a nice and quiet inn where I could relax. It's difficult to get around without a navigation system, but I think it also has the advantage of not being crowded with many people.I think this is a highly satisfying inn in terms of food, rooms, and baths.

The room and atmosphere were nice 😊Also the person who served me.However, I was disappointed that I couldn't feel the hot spring feeling.Water pressure is also weak...I wonder if grilled sweetfish with salt would be good for steamed sweetfish at night 😢The cabbage hot pot with grated yam was not tasty either...Morning beef hotpot too...🥺Everything was a disappointing stay.

Akari Hoshino has also been to Hakone, and this is her second time in Nasu. The room is starry. The building looks old.The open-air bath in the guest room is nice, but there is moss on the chairs, and I feel like the cleaning of the small areas is not done well. I was a little concerned because there was an electric carpet out of season under the kotatsu in the dining room and it was dirty.Even if the building is old, there are some places that are kept in good condition, so you should be a little more careful. The employee was a foreign woman who spoke good Japanese and was very polite. As for the meal, I was really satisfied with the combination of vegetables, fish, and meat. It was so much that I couldn't finish it.There was inari sushi in the room for a midnight snack, and after eating it I wondered why at this timing. I thought so, but when I woke up in the morning, I reaped the benefits lolThe place was quiet, and although there were people with children, I didn't hear any noise at all. Thanks to the quality of the hot spring water, my sweat rash was completely healed.I wrote this review a little harshly, but this is my first time visiting this type of inn four times a year, so I wrote it with high expectations.

Perhaps because the rooms were placed far apart, we were able to spend a quiet time even though there were multiple preschoolers. The bath in the room is comfortable. The food was plentiful and of good quality. The customer service manners are good enough, so you can feel safe even if you are bringing small children with you.
