I've stayed at many hotels all over the country, but this one was the best! There were many things that surprised me, and I stayed for 2 nights and was so satisfied.The meals were Japanese food for breakfast and dinner, and the appearance, taste, timing, and each plate was wonderful. It seemed like they saw that I was left-handed, so I was really impressed that from the next meal they had left-handed chopsticks.The staff were also very kind and always had a smile on their faces. Thank you very much!The view, room, bath, and sauna were amazing! Also, the shuttle driver was friendly and I enjoyed talking with him. I want to go again! Expensive though 💦

I used it when traveling alone. The room was spacious and the food was good. There were plenty of free drinks and coffee in the room. It's quite expensive at ¥90,000 per night, so if it was a little cheaper I could become a repeat customer.

I took the plunge and stayed in a suite!It costs about 50,000 yen per person in high season.But it was totally fine~They did it in my room when I checked in.The inside of the hotel smelled really good, and the refrigerator in the room was fully stocked with beer, juice, water, and sweets. There is an ice machine in the vending machine corner...etc.Above all, the sauna in the best location was the best.There are better photos, but you should definitely go!I will use it again next year🙋

It was a trip with my daughters for work and vacation. I went there for the first time after making a reservation through my company, and both the rooms and the service were great! !I was surprised to find that the road I was going to was so steep that I couldn't climb it, but I was able to get there safely from another route. There are buses and taxis that go between the hotel and Atami Station, so it's best to go by that route.I felt very welcomed by everyone at the hotel. The scenery was amazing and I took lots of pictures.The room had an ocean view and an open-air bath, which made me excited! ! (I was a little concerned about the smell of cat urine or something outside.)The room was very clean and spacious, and most importantly, the drink service was excellent. Everything you could want, including beer, juice, jelly, and coffee, was available for free.The food was also delicious. They came out in order and explained the dishes thoroughly and were very attentive.The bathroom was also clean and comfortable. The open-air bath is the best! I was happy to receive free services such as coffee milk and ice cream afterwards.I had good memories on the Itareritsukuseri trip (^^)

The rooms were nice, but they didn't have ocean views. Anyway, the food was bad and the pricing was incomprehensible. There was no sense of hospitality in the customer service, and in particular the Japanese man who served the meal, who seemed to be in charge, was arrogant. No revisit.I did something that was a waste of money.

The hotel entrance is on the 28th floor.The hotel is clean and has a good view. The washlet in the room I used was broken. Two eel dishes were served for dinner, but they were imported eels that were like rubber and not very tasty. It's a shame because the other dishes are excellent.

It was a bit of a struggle to get there by car, but I was soothed by the spectacular view from the lobby terrace. All the staff are highly trained and will make your stay comfortable. Suite guests were able to dine in their private rooms and enjoy delicious meals in peace and quiet. Above all, Atami Onsen's hot spring quality is good for your body!

I used it for the first time during the holidays.The room and entrance were nice with a stylish atmosphere.I really liked that there were many kinds of drinks in the refrigerator, and the necessary toiletries were placed in the bath and washroom.Although the amount of food was light, I'm glad that everything was delicious.However, I was very disappointed.The public bath was able to take a relaxing bath and the quality of the water was good, but it was not cleaned properly in the early morning hours before bathing time.The drain was clogged with a lot of hair and the water wouldn't drain at all, so I had no choice but to clean it up myself.The trash can was full to the top with last night's tissues and popsicle sticks.I was very disappointed even though I liked and enjoyed this accommodation.I have stayed at many hotels, but this is the first time something like this has happened to me.Maybe it was the busy season and the cleaning person forgot?However, those who enjoy traveling also enjoy visiting places to stay and seek solace.I would like you to be very careful so that future guests will never feel like this.One more thing.If you are going by car, you will have to be careful as you will have to drive on a fairly narrow mountain road for a while.Depending on the road you choose, there may be places where the gutters are not blocked.It may be quite difficult for those who are not confident in driving.There seems to be a shuttle service, so if you are worried, I think it would be better to check with the hotel before going.

It's located quite a bit up the hill.It's a pity that there is no convenience store nearby, but I am quite satisfied with the service. I was especially happy that there was alcohol and soft drinks in the refrigerator.

A stylish inn. Perhaps because all rooms have an open-air bath, the public bath was available for private use both at night and in the morning. The food was delicious, and all the drinks in the refrigerator in the room were free, and I had Shizuoka's famous juice. There was a pricing system for one adult and one child, and I was very satisfied with the price, so I would like to go again.

Stayed in a semi-suite with a hot spring on the 26th floor. We were blessed with good weather and were able to see Hatsushima and Oshima from our room, making it a memory that will last a lifetime. The inside of the hotel was very clean and there was a hot spring in the room, so I was able to relax.One thing that bothered me is that even in the price range of 40,000 to 50,000 per person, you cannot have your luggage carried to your room. (Maybe they can do this if you stay in a suite?) If guests on the 26th floor are subject to the same 11am check-out as suites, I thought it would be nice if they could do that as well.However, I was able to enjoy the best view, so next time I would like to make a reservation early and stay in a suite. thank you very much.

This hotel is located on a hill overlooking Sagami Bay, about 10 minutes by car from Atami Station. It is on the 24th to 28th floors, and the view from every floor is very good.This time, I booked a ``Junior Suite with an Open-Air Bath''. I was able to spend a relaxing time in the room.Overall, I think it was a very nice inn, with a clean and luxurious feel.

I went with my one and a half year old daughter, my parents (in their 60s), and my wife.It was my first time traveling with my daughter and I was worried about food, but the staff were very kind and considerate. Although children's meals were not included in the plan, we were grateful that they provided us with plastic plates, rice, and miso soup! The room and bathroom were clean!I want to repeat it again!

It was my first time staying at Ishinoya.Being able to move around the room in a wheelchairIt was very comfortable ✨Since it is located on a hill, you can see the city lights and the sea, and you can see the wonderful sunrise of the year😉All the dishes are very delicate and delicious ✨It was just the right amount, not too much, not too little.The open-air bath on the terrace was also made of ceramic and was large enough to stretch out your legs.It was a relaxing space with a sofa on the terrace.

I used it with my 2 year old and my parents.We took a taxi to the hotel, but it was a steep slope, so please be careful if you get sick easily.As soon as the taxi arrived, we were greeted and helped with our large luggage.The inside of the building had a very soothing smell.I got a room with a sauna, but the room smelled like cypress, probably because there was a sauna inside. The view from the room was not good because it was renovated below, but the view from the starry sky lounge was very nice.There was Pocari Sweat, Lipovitan D, water, and tea in the refrigerator, and there was tea on the floor, so I didn't have to worry about drinks.The public bath had a sauna, cold bath, hot water, and hot water. I was concerned that the water in the washing area didn't drain very well and when two people wanted to use it, water would accumulate. Instead of leaving the sauna mats spread out, you could bring them individually and put them in the basket after use, so it felt clean.I was very satisfied with being able to use the sauna and louryu in the bath in my room!I ate dinner outside, but I got a phone call from the hotel worried about me because I had been out for about 2 hours. I think it may have been because it was a busy time for taxis, but I think we would have been fine even if we didn't have to go this far. Some people may be grateful for this, but...The breakfast was Japanese and delicious.I thought the service might be excessive in some places, but it was good.Children who don't like fish may have trouble finding something to eat.
