I used it for a 5-day stay while attending massage school. The good thing was that there was a washing machine that I could use for free and a place to dry my clothes. The bad thing isThe room has a concrete floor and walls that tend to trap heat, making it difficult to sleep unless I turn on the air conditioner.I had to turn off the air conditioner to dim the lights in the room.On hot nights, I had to sleep with the lights on to maintain the air conditioning. There was no hair dryer.I wasn't able to sleep very well, so I was bored. There were many parakeets, and they were lively and lively. There were also three cats.

An amazing location close to Walking street for Saturday night market and 10 mins walk to the South gate. Fridge, bottles of water always in the corridor next to the rooms. Laundry in the ground level. Nice garden, lovely staff. Just one think was for me unpleasant, the colour of the room - dark grey. The room was so dark for me, I had to buy colourful lampions and some decoration. I stayed there for 21 days and I´m sure, I´ll come back.

The manager stole/kidnapped my luggage 2 hours before my flight home. Horrible experience, I thought someone from the street walked in and stole all my things but it turns out this lady lost her mind and took my things. Luckily I managed to retrieve my just before I had to leave, I almost left with only the clothes I was standing in.I was furious when I understood that she did this on purpose.

The place is considered very ok at a price of 400-500 baht. It's very important that dogs can stay here as well. (No extra charge) The accommodation has a washing machine for use. I've been looking for many days 😅😅😅 Clean accommodation, good service, good location, so I stayed for 2 days to fully enjoy this trip to Chiang Mai.

Cute PET FRIENDLY homestay with hostel rooms and private rooms in separate houses with comfortable beds, aircon, and HIGH water pressure showers! Plenty of space, wardrobe, shared fridge, free water, and a large shared kitchen room. There is a very large garden and the staff is kind and attentive to your needs. They also have a pharmacy in front of the homestay and there is a restaurant right next door. I stayed here with my dog and was very comfortable and at home here. Fair price too! And it is located RIGHT next to the Saturday night market!

I am very satisfied for the price. The bathroom and room are large and clean. The air conditioner is a bit noisy, but clean and works well. It's nice to have a living room that can be shared with the room next door. The workers are also friendly. Above all, you can use the shared kitchen and washing machine for free, saving a lot of travel expenses. When I was sick, I could use the pharmacy operated by the hostel right in front. Good for long term stay.

We have been traveling for several months, so we are looking for cheap accommodation. I have no hesitation in saying that this establishment is the best we have stayed in so far in terms of value for money. The rooms are spacious and clean, the place is quiet enough to rest well, the air conditioning and wifi work very well and the welcome is excellent. My son and I each booked a private room, so we were alone in one of the two bedroom units, wonderful! The location is literally in front of the entrance to the Saturday night market. There are also many restaurants nearby, as well as a market open every evening for a good meal (Kadmanee). The old town is easily accessible on foot or even by songthaew. I absolutely recommend and will return during my next stay in Chiang Mai!
