Stayed for a night with my friends as they are new to the place. We visited the near restaurants and tourist attractions. You can find lot of restaurants around. Reception team is supportive as well. Room are small and clean. Good for night stay.

Located in the Nagoya complex, this hotel can be said to be clean because the surroundings can be said to be unclean, the service is quite good and flexible also regarding rooms, thank you to Miss Kijang who kindly provided information at check-in, the security department is also good, just improve the politeness , a smile is a weapon in the world of hospitality, breakfast is also quite good with room prices like that, the important thing is that there is a change of menu every day, at least if there are 4 menus, 2 of them are different. Just a suggestion, there should be a minibar in each room, perhaps at a slightly higher price, there should also be a brochure about tourist attractions in Batam

Booked a Deluxe royal room tru Agoda app, but was given a standard room, very small and cramped. cheater!!! This hotel very dishonest. First time stay and will be never anymore.very terrible horrible experience.

Until the receptionist was told to pay another 50k per room and 50k per night, he said it was the holidays so there would be a price increase, there was no problem with the costs but there should have been prior notification

This hotel booked twice here and was cheated, ordered a dlx room and was given a standard one. The standard rooms are full even though the parking lot in front is empty. It's serious.

Slow service, asked for help to clean the room but it wasn't cleaned until 14.00 with the excuse of prioritizing checkout. Rooms are much smaller than depicted on the website. Breakfast is ordinary.
