There are hotels all over the country, but it was my first time staying there and it was the best value for money.I will also go to other stores.

This hotel has the best rooftop spa. While relaxing in the bath, you can overlook the city of Wakayama, the mountains, and the Kino River flowing right in front of you, and enjoy the different scenery in the morning, evening, and night. The location is better than the Hetana Onsen Ryokan. You can feel like a successful person when you are renting out the property. The breakfast buffet is delicious, and since it's right in the middle of the station building, you won't have any trouble finding food or drinks during the day or night. On this day, I stayed in a business package for 9,800 yen, so the cost performance was great. This hotel is ideal not only for business use, but also for a refreshing vacation where you can enjoy an extraordinary experience. One thing that bothers me is that when I use the spa at night, the changing room is overflowing with trash and used bath towels. I think you should clean more frequently.

The location is Wakayama City Station, so it is far from the downtown area. However, the scenery is nice and the atmosphere is nice. It's sad to see how deserted the city is.

I feel sorry that I, a Japanese person, ended up using this hotel even though it was for Chinese customers.I feel an exotic scent in the quality of manners in public and common spaces.I was impressed by his unwillingness to come to a foreign country and understand and learn about the culture of that country.Take away the key to a public bath locker to prevent others from using itI learned for the first time that such a culture exists. The hotel itself is good.

I love trains and thank you for changing me to a room with a view of the station. I felt very good and happy. The public bath was also nice. There are three disappointing points. ① There was a lot of hair on the walls, bathtub, and hair dryer in the indoor bathroom. ②Indoor kettle. I don't know how long it was, but there was about 1/3 of the water left. It looks like it hasn't been washed. ③As someone wrote in a review, there is a lot of graffiti on the windows of the public bath. There were Hangul and Chinese. It's a shame. I thought the blindfold in the open-air bath could be a little higher. I was a little worried because it seemed like it could be seen from an ordinary house. The scenery was beautiful and we had a very relaxing time. I have written a lot, but I would like to use it again.

A hotel directly connected to the station. Some rooms also have a terrace. The reception is on the 11th floor and there is a large public bath on the top floor.

Don't be misled by the stunning pool shown in the photos. What’s actually pictured are gender-separated baths, where guests are expected to shower and bathe without clothing. The main reason we booked this hotel was for a relaxing stay, taking a break from the bustling cities of Tokyo, Kyoto, and Osaka. We were primarily drawn to the pool as advertised, only to find out the pictures were misleading. Unfortunately, there's little else to do here, especially since we were unable to use the 'pool' as expected. This was not the experience we were looking for, and there was no mention anywhere that these were baths, not a regular pool.
