As mentioned in other people's reviews, the management's response is bad, but I thought that all the bigoted old men in the mountains from a long time ago were like this. There is a no-smoking sign, but the staff members were smoking inside the building.I stayed there because the all-you-can-eat crepes for breakfast was rare, but it was average for better or worse.I heard that the dinner was very simple, but the quantity was plenty and I was able to get refills, so it was enough for me personally. If you spend your time thinking of it as a tough mountain hut where supplies are difficult, rather than a mountain hut for beginners, it was easy to spend your time as usual, despite some inconveniences. There is a Takayaike Hutte nearby, so if you don't want to have a bad experience, I think it's a good idea to use that.

I was nervous from the moment I checked in because of the bad reviews, but it turned out to be great! Although it was separate, it was clean and lodge-like, and the dinner was delicious. Best of all, the accommodation was cheap and I was very satisfied with my stay.

It was an interesting mountain hut with an octagonal dome shape. The toilet is outside. It's dark at night so you'll need your own light. But it was clean and I was able to flush the toilet paper. I stayed on the third floor and felt like I had to use my muscles even more. The dining room is on the first floor. All you can eat curry at night. Crepes in the morning (the whole thing was so sweet that it didn't go down my throat) Is this what it's like to be the owner of a mountain hut? It's not so unfriendly as to say. My tired body became even more tired. There weren't many guests, but we had a good conversation. The lunch box seemed to be just two warmed-up retort packs of rice, which I was surprised to see when I showed it to other guests.

The starting point from Mt. Hiuchi to Mt. Myoko. Deposit your backpack here, but let's prepare drinks.

The accommodation without meals is the worst. I got bitten by ticks all the time because of my dirty futon. If you stay overnight, we recommend that you include a meal. The room you are shown to is different.

Compared to Takayaike Hutte, the water is 100 yen more expensive, and the frozen rice is boiled even though it's called a bento (bento is a separate charge). Charging is 200 yen/device.Although there were other places to sleep, I was taken to a place where 30 people slept in the same space, snoring and the air quality was bad. There is no internet, and only Docomo can pick up faint signals. The food is average (supermarket rice balls are better).

It was an interesting mountain hut as rumored. It's funny to see the attitude and bad mouth of the elderly hut keeper wearing glasses.A person staying in a tent gets scolded and says, ``If you pitch your tent in the street, I'll kick it over❗️.'' When I open the small window at the shop and call for the hut guard, I get scolded and told, ``Don't open it without permission.''It was hot inside the hut (3F)💦Dinner was simple, but I was hungry and it was delicious😁For breakfast, eat grape dough wrapped in jam. There was coffee in the potPartly because I had just woken up, I couldn't really finish my breakfast.I asked for a lunch box, but what I was given at breakfast was a retort box of red rice and rice.It was handed to me in a retort pouch with chopsticks attached, without any squeezing or stuffing. This is important thoughIf you take everything as bad, it will get worse. The point is that the hut keeper has no malicious intent.I found this topic interesting and started talking with other overnight climbers.I thought, ``The lunch box is also a retort box,'' but when I returned from Mt. Myoko and ate it at the Hutte, it was really delicious.By the way, the building is a 3-story main building, and the 2nd and 3rd floors are occupied by guests starting from the 3rd floor. It's hot. I get yelled at if I open the window (lol)The toilet is outside and is in disrepair, but there is always paper available and you can flush it.The beer was a little lukewarmI think the scenery and situation in the morning and evening are more beautiful at Takayaike Hutte.I feel sorry for the people staying at the hut, but there were a lot of people overflowing from staying at Takayaike Hutte.

2024.7.27-28Stayed here after climbing Mt. Myoko. When I made the reservation over the phone, I was told that check-in would start at 2:30 pm, but it actually started at 3:00 pm.The toilet is located outside, which is inconvenient when it rains.Even though there was miso soup for dinner, for some reason they served corn cream soup. The only ingredients on my morning crepe are blueberry jam and sweet beans. I wish the cream of corn soup for dinner would be served in the morning.
