5 star rating for service is not enough! !This is an inn where you can tell that the landlady takes care of herself with love.You can feel the attention to detail in everything from the lighting, ornaments, and furniture to the pillars, trash cans in the hallways, and mirrors in the water area.Apparently, the hot springs are always kept clean, and the landlady scrubs them every day.When you check in and enter your room, you will find two types of ohagi and takuan in the heated room.We spent one night enjoying a lot of hospitality.Thank you very much for the comfortable space and the delicious meal that impressed me with every bite!I hope the landlady will continue to work hard and take care of her health!I came here this time for skiing, so I'd like to stay there again next season!

Stayed here in January, the owners were so great! Tea and treats everyday. We ate dinner one night and were full for 24 hours, great meal! Location is great for general myoko area. Rooms were clean. I hope to get back there at some point. Bonus it snowed everyday.

We had to most incredible experience at this lodge. The host, the food, the location were incredible. There is also a private Onsen. This is a small family lodge and they will do anything to please their customers. FYI the rooms are tatami floor with futon.

We had a wonderful Japanese-style room, you sleep very well there. The inn has its own onsen and the hosts are wonderful, friendly and help where they can. Thank you very much for this great experience.

Used as a climbing base for Mt. Myoko and Mt. HiuchiThe meals were plentiful and they accommodated my early departure.I asked for 6 meals (including lunch box) for 3 days and 2 nights.We also had some delicious Niigata sake.

I'm very satisfied with the hostess's personality and the quality and quantity of the food! Furthermore, the hotel has a clean interior, clean and shiny communal toilets, and women can stay here with peace of mind.After all, it's a clean hot spring that flows straight from the source! This is a hidden gem where you can experience things like adding water to your liking and then taking a bath. This is an inn that exceeds reviews! I will be back again.
