Dave and Lisa were awesome hosts, they have no problems helping you out with anything you needed.Beautiful family friendly holiday home away from home. We can not recommend you guys enough. It was a pleasure to stay there for the second time at Red Fox Myoko Japan. Can't wait for the next visit 😍

I recently had the pleasure of staying here, and I must say what I thought was just going to be a brief stopover in the snow ended up transforming into one of the most memorable elements of my trip.From the awesome slopes just brief drives away from the accomodation, to the tireless work of Lisa and Dave not just in making our stay hospitable, but in going above and beyond, carting us around whenever wanted, organising our dinner reservations and much more!I honestly can’t wait to come back, not just for the slopes but for the late night conversations and welcoming vibe from the team, would 100% recommend.

I couldn’t be happier with my stay at the Red Fox Myoko.The lodge was cozy, quiet and had everything we needed after a day on the ski slopes. Dave and Lisa were incredible hosts, gave us heaps of local recommendations, booked our dinners for us and drove us where ever we needed to go. Whether it was to and from the mountains or out for dinner. We stayed for 3 nights but wish we stayed for more. My friends and I have already started planning how we can come back next year and stay for longer!Thank you Dave and Lisa.

From the stunning views of snow-covered mountains to the cozy and luxurious accommodation, beautifully designed, with a perfect balance of modern amenities and traditional Japanese charm- it’s like a home away from homePlus, nothing beats soaking in the incredible hot tub after a day on the slopes.The location of Red Fox Myoko Japan is a unbeatable with easy access to some of the best skiing slopes in the world. It is perfect for accessing multiple ski resorts, Lisa & Dave are impeccable at arranging ski rentals and providing recommendations for nearby activities.The crew were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring that every need was met with a smile. They are very educated in the area & can provide amazing advise for on & off the snow memoriesIf you're looking for the ultimate winter getaway, we all had the most incredible time here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable holiday experience. it exceeded all of our expectations.Red Fox is truly a hidden gem in the heart of Japan's winter wonderland. From the moment you arrive, you will be blown away by the breathtaking scenery and warm hospitality. Whether you're a seasoned skier or Snowboarder or just looking for a peaceful retreat in nature, this place has something for everyone. Such an amazing and cosy lodge, Dave and Lisa make you feel at home. We did not want to leave at the end of our 3 week stay. Dave and Lisa are very happy to transport you to ski resorts in the area and also to local restaurants/shops. The rooms have everything you can need, your own toilet, great pillows and very warm bedding. Breakfast is also tasty and fulfilling for a full day on the slopes. Lisa is also conducting tours and was exceptional in providing informative tours of the area (snow monkeys, sake tasting, wineries, outlet shopping mall). Would definitely book again.

EXCEPTIONAL. 🌟🔥♥️Hands down 10/10 & I cannot thank Lisa and Dave enough for their amazing hospitality.We immediately felt like home from Day 1 until the end of our trip.The lodge itself is super clean, brand new, nicely renovated and decorated — everything is so perfect & just what you need to come home to after a day of skiing/boarding. I LOVE their cozy rooms & the hot showers are amazing. And the fireplaceeeeee! 🥺Breakky is included - coffee, toast, eggs, granola, yoghurt, jams, spreads, fruits, all you need to start the day right!We are absolute foodies & they basically sorted our dinners out and we always had the BEST food to end the night! & I mean don’t forget the many many Akakura crepes I had as well for dessert 😂Dave also took us boarding on some days & showed us some amazing off piste tree runs. We had the best time!!There is a lovely onsen (Lime Resort) 150m walk down from the lodge which is perfect!! Such a nice onsen & so convenient. Myoko Coffee is there too and they do amazing coffee.Book your stay — you will be taken care of. ♥️ I cannot wait to be back & finally happy to say this is the lodge of choice whenever I’m back in Myoko! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
