I was told that it was affiliated with a children's ski school and that I would get a small discount, so I took advantage of it.The young man at the reception desk has the worst attitude.I don't want to use it again, so much so that I have to refrain from renting it.Even if you don't have to get a small discount, you'll feel better afterwards if you rent somewhere else.In the afternoon, we rented a sled at a shop right next to the lift ticket office, but it was much better there.There was a comment from about 6 years ago that mentioned the attitude of the staff, but seeing that there hasn't been any improvement at all, I don't think this place will ever change, so I won't go near it again.

I didn't live in the Imai Ryokan, but I rented Skis at their Ski Shop at the ground floor, which is far better than the Ski Rental shop near the Ikenotaira Onsen Bus stop (near Kabaya Restaurant/Ski School). The Ski Rental Shop staff is quick and attentive, Ski Boots are Gen Factory Carve 5 which is suitable for beginer to intermedia Skiers with Flex 65 and Wide foot fit and good in-sole.That is even more comfortable that the Nordica Cruizer boot that I got from Ikenotaira Onsen Ski Rental Shop the day before.Their daily rate is 3500 Yen, where the Ikenotaira Onsen Ski Rental Shop on the slope is more expensive, 4000 or 4500 (which one I forgot). The most important thing is, I only spent 10 min there and got all my things done, where I was forced to spend almost 60 min in the Ikenotaira Onsen Ski Rental Shop to get my things done (because the staff in the Ikenotaira Onsen Ski Rental Shop is stubborn and super slow, they won't give you boots to try and ask you to wait until the previous client finished everything. Imagine every client spent 10-15 min for trying things out, you may then need to wait for 40-60 for just 4-5 clients, that was what happened to me on the day before when I rented from them).Highly Recommend this Ski Rental much over the Ikenotaira Onsen Ski Rental Shop!!!!

I fell in love with how comfortable it was. . .The first thing is the owner,The warm personality of the family and staff!The rooms, restrooms, and baths inside the building are clean and comfortable.There are many regular customers, and everyone has good morals and spends their time quietly.Due to circumstances, I stayed overnight without meals,Next time, I would like to have a meal included.The hot spring was a little too hot so I couldn't take a dip, so I had them fill me with water.Although it is not 24 hours, it can be used at night and in the morning.There is body soap and conditioner shampoo, and Karan is also very beautiful.Perhaps due to the effects of the hot springs, I was surprised that my chronic knee pain completely stopped during my stay. .It was so comfortable that I couldn't help but make a reservation for the end of this year (lol)Still, I want to go again this season! It has become a habit✨Alpenblick is right in front of you.You can immediately return to your room and rest. The best accommodation on the best slopes, highly recommended.
