I stayed here for one night when I went on a trip to Yamaguchi Prefecture.Although the building is old, it was well-maintained and had a nice atmosphere.There are no inns at Tawarayama Onsen that have indoor baths, so the landlady was kind enough to show us where the public baths were.Food will be delivered to your room.It was delicious.

It was my first time staying here.It was a 3-story building with a main building and an annex, and the living room was very comfortable with no steps. Walking at night is a pleasant experience with the beautiful lights of the hot spring town, giving you a nostalgic feeling.

It was originally a hot spring inn, so you probably wouldn't be able to go there even if you asked too much, but it was a shame that I didn't have a key to the room. However, I was able to feel the warm hospitality.

This is an emotional inn in an emotional hot spring town. Although this is a hot spring town, there are two hot spring facilities on the street that Prime Minister Abe also visited, and each inn does not have a hot spring. Guests must purchase a ticket and walk to use this hot spring facility. Kyoya is a quiet inn with an atmosphere reminiscent of the early Showa era. The facilities are old, but they have everything you need! There is a washroom in the room. There were carp swimming in the courtyard, and although I had a corner room facing outward, it had a nice atmosphere. Meals are served in each room.There is a refrigerator in the hallway where you can bring bottled beer (600 yen) to drink. The cup is frozen in the freezer! As I wrote earlier, the inn doesn't have a bath and the style here is to walk to a famous hot spring nearby, so I think that's fine, but each person has their own opinion, but the quality of the spring water is good and it feels like you're wandering into a different space. It's emotional and you can enjoy it. It's fully equipped with a microwave, pot, etc., and plates and cups are also available for use, which is helpful. The food is delicious! The fish was also delicious. There is Wi-Fi, but it wasn't powerful enough to watch videos on Fire TV. There is a safe in the room. Refrigerator is shared. There is a liquor store nearby. There is also a delicious steamed bun shop. The landlady is a nice and friendly person, and will help you with anything when you have a problem. I'm from Tokyo, but I remember wishing I could go there again. thank you for helping me!

I used it in a group.The hostess was kind and the food was very delicious. I took a bath at a nearby hot spring and had a great time. After checking out, I forgot something and when I called, my husband went out of his way to deliver it to a nearby location.thank you very much!

The building has a nostalgic feel, as if you have traveled back in time to the Showa era, and it feels as if you have returned to the countryside.The food was served all at once, and we were able to enjoy it slowly and without hesitation.

Tawarayama Onsen is truly soothing. Relax once again at this precious inn that retains the atmosphere of a spa. Homemade dinner and breakfast are both delicious. I would like to stay there for about 3 weeks after I retire.The toilets are shared, the baths are outside, and the room keys are vague, but it's a spa. Boasts cost performance at 8,800 yen including two delicious meals. I think running an inn is a lot of work, but I hope it continues for a long time.

It was a very wonderful and mysterious feeling, like traveling through the world of the Showa era. The landlady and the host were very polite and kind, and the food was really delicious! A mysterious place that is so quiet that it feels like time has stopped! The hot springs were also melty and amazing. I definitely want to go again!

Thank you for your help. Last night's food was very delicious. I really liked the gentle flavor of the bamboo shoots and butterfly taitan. Also, the sashimi, tender fried flounder, and grilled wagyu beef plate were all amazing. The hostess described the food as "country cuisine," but it looked like something you would get at a Kappo restaurant in Kyoto. Breakfast was also delicious.
