The elderly employee's customer service was not very pleasant. I was also concerned about hygiene. No hair on the towels or sink, and above all, no mess on the bath mat or basket in the changing room! The bath mat was the same at night and in the morning and was not changed. Although it is cheap, we do not recommend it to those who value cleanliness.

As other people have said, it's an old building and not modern, but the baths were hot and the food was delicious, so I felt it was a good value for money. It may not be suitable for those looking for the latest environment, but it has a nostalgic feel to it for the Showa generation, and personally, it was a better inn than I expected. As for the location, it's in the hot spring town, so it was a great place to walk around the hot spring town.I would like to repeat it again.

Even though it's the middle of the holidays, it's reasonably priced at just 10,000 yen per person.I didn't have high expectations because of the price, but the food was delicious, the portions were huge, the room was spacious, and the hot spring was pleasant. It was a great inn.Although it is old, it has a nice atmosphere.I am also thankful that there is no excessive customer service.I will go again! !

When I called to inquire about rates, I don't know if they were busy or not, but the phone was still connected and they never called me! I don't want to stay at a hotel like that where people use abusive language...Are they disrespecting the customers❗They must be in the hospitality industry...I don't want to stay at a hotel like this...I don't want to stay at a hotel like this.

Personally, I was very satisfied with the inn. The rooms are spacious, the dinner is luxurious, and the quality of the spring water in the bath is perfect. I haven't talked much with the people at the inn, but that's fine. It was the best inn to spend a relaxing time alone. The building itself is old, but the couple? I was healed again by seeing the two of them working hard. I would definitely like to go again.

The Mine line runs right behind it.There is a sound when people walk in the hallway.Dinner is luxurious. Gentle hot water flowing directly from the source.

This was my first time working with my husband and wife. For dinner after a relaxing soak in a high-quality hot spring, you can enjoy various kinds of sashimi and sukiyaki such as blowfish, deep-fried foods, kenchin-ni, and chawanmushi, as well as boiled shrimp and fish, fried eggs, and even fruits for dessert. I was surprised at how delicious and luxurious it was, and how large it was. It was also nice to be able to relax in a private room. The night view of the Otoshin River from the window of the room was also beautiful. I understand that it must be difficult for just the two of us to serve customers, but both my wife and I have become passionate fans. This is an inn that everyone wants to support.

This was my first time at an inn that didn't have hot water in the bath. It's too late to forget 😫 It's a refund. 😤 On the way home, I scold her harshly and go home.

Although the water is advertised as flowing directly from the source, it had already stopped 30 minutes before bathing time ended. I have stayed at many hot spring inns, but this was an event that I would never have expected. Moreover, the bathing time itself is short.
