There's an izakaya right in front of it, so it was quite noisy at night (`Δ´) so I couldn't sleep.Thank you to the man who is shouting! and a loud female staff member.Very good hotel!

The accommodation price, including kaiseki dinner and Japanese breakfast, was very worthwhile. The room was very spacious and had an old-fashioned feel. The bedding was very comfortable so I slept well. No view and windows cannot be opened. The large public bath was also nice. The food was very good and fresh and we were able to try all the local specialties. The draft beer quality was very good. However, the area called Yuda Hot Springs was not as splendid or worth seeing, so I wonder if there was any reason to come, but the famous cave 30 minutes away is very worth seeing, so it's worth a trip. Parking is free. He doesn't speak English, but he can communicate through a translator and is very friendly.

The hotel was conveniently located in the middle of town. I stayed here because I like the natural hot spring water. The open-air bath was fed by natural hot spring water. It was great to be able to eat something different for the consecutive nights.

It was a Japanese Kaiseki meal that was a bit adult for children. The portions were plentiful, and both the rice and the drinks were delicious. All the staff members were very friendly and I felt at ease knowing that they were kind to my children. The room was spacious and the hot water in the indoor bath was perfect, so I took a bath twice, once in the morning and once at night. The large public bath had slightly hot water, there was a sauna, and the cold bath wasn't too cold, so I was able to take a bath for the first time.As it is a long-established inn, the TV is only available on digital TV and the facilities are a bit old, but overall I thought it was a clean and comfortable inn.

Is it an open-air bath with natural hot spring water? It's so comfortable that you can stay immersed in it forever without getting addicted to it.A meal is prepared for breakfast,Unlike the buffet style, you can enjoy it in a relaxed manner.A nostalgic hot spring inn for the masses in a good way.

A prestigious and famous hotel in Yuda OnsenI didn't often go there because it's so close, but I knew that the quality of the hot springs at Yuda Onsen was extremely good, so I wanted to stay there at least once. This time I happened to get a room with a hot spring on the top floor, so I went there excited. In conclusion, I don't think I'll go there again.▪️Telephone support during reservationsI was told that there was a beauty salon, so I confirmed the reservation as a present for my wife, but the response was that it was outsourced, so I wouldn't know until I confirmed the schedule on the day.Now that I think about it, I think the answer was already decided at this point. In the first place, posting services that hoteliers don't know about on the web is like calling the hotel suspicious.▪️Check-inEven though I still have the above feeling, I was able to make an appointment for a beauty salon on the same day, so my drinking has subsided for now.Hotel staff (women) on site provide kind and courteous customer service.▪️RoomMaybe it's because it's a double room, but it's a little small. The built-in bath is a hot spring (there seems to be no hot springs except on the top floor), and the quality of the water was good, so I took a bath many times.I was relaxing on the sofa in my roomwater drops falling from above? ? ? When I looked up,Water drips down from the air conditioner vent due to condensation, making it difficult to relax.I will call the front desk and ask for help.Wiping only has no effectEven if you are told that if you turn off the air conditioner, there will be no condensation. It's midsummer! There's no way I can erase it.The next morning there was also a lot of condensationIs the glass thin? The noise outside echoes throughout the night and I can't sleep.*This is the first time I've seen a hotel that has earplugs as amenities.I've been looking for something extraordinary to relieve my fatigue. It was an extraordinary experience that doubled my fatigue and frustration.▪️MealsI was looking forward to it because all the reviews said that it was ``so filling that you couldn't finish it.''I don't feel like I ate everything because it was the minimum size. After dinner, I went out and ate some yakisoba from Yamaguchi Soul Food and managed to get full.Children's size in the morning too? the amount you thinkTough for adult menI later asked at the front desk that if I ordered coffee, it would be served. Then why don't you explain the service first? ?I don't need a service person who won't answer unless asked, so just write down the menu and leave it there.▪️ServiceIt said that I could have a massage in my room, so I tried to ask at the front desk, but they said, ``Good night today.''If so, don't post it on the service! Of course there is a feeI wanted you to make arrangements even if I contacted you elsewhere.▪️OverviewA disappointing hotel in many ways.I think it would be a lot better if we changed the way we think about hospitality a little, so I hope they continue to do their best to liven up Yuda Onsen. In particular, countermeasures against noise (soundproof glass, but should it be regulated by ordinances, etc.)Review of service manual(List all the services that can be provided, and if outsourcing, warn with a proviso at the beginning.)Measures against condensation must be taken immediatelyI am concerned that the image of not only Matsumasa but Yuda Onsen as a whole will be tarnished.
