The best accommodation to relaxThe open-air bath in the room that you can use anytime is the best

It was my first time staying in Kai. Perhaps because I had high expectations, my satisfaction level was low. There were places and lanterns that looked good for photos, so I enjoyed them (^^)However, the public bath is small despite the large number of customers, and there are few places to take a shower or use a hairdryer. I don't think anything can be done about it structurally, but it was a shame. The public bath is hot, lukewarm, and open-air bath only. The towels in the public bath were hard and stiff. It was a mystery that there was a number written on the room key, but there was no key in the locker in the public bath. If your key is stolen, your belongings in your room will also be stolen... (・_・;) There is free ice cream outside the public bath, which I think will be appreciated by people with small children. I felt like the staff were busy replenishing supplies.Although the price was high, I felt like it wasn't worth it.

It's next to the river. The location is good. I was planning to spend a rich time with an open-air bath, but I was less satisfied than the price. Unless you are a fit and healthy person, there will be steps all over the room. I also use the stairs, and the stairs are narrow. This room is not available to everyone. You cannot bring your parents with you. Even if you pay a high price, if your check-in time is late, you won't be able to get your desired meal time. No coffee or tea in the room. The temperature of the hot water is good. However, there are steps to take a bath, so be careful.

A relatively new hot spring inn that opened during the coronavirus pandemic. You can enjoy the whole day at this inn that has a variety of special features.Until February 28, 2025, you can change your regular meal price to the special winter kaiseki meal, Fuku Kaiseki at Tessato Genpei Nabe, for an upgrade fee of 12,850 yen (tax included). The special kaiseki menu is highly recommended as you can enjoy a variety of local dishes! The menu is full of winter charms, such as thinly sliced fuku (fuku), deep-fried fuku (fuku), lidded dishes made with snow crab, and Genpei hot pot of fuku (fuku) and beef. There is a wide selection of sake on the menu, and you can ask the staff about it, so we recommend enjoying your meal with alcohol.*This menu is quite voluminous, so it might be best to arrive on an empty stomach.

The service is perfect, the nature is abundant, and the food is great. Although you will need to use a car such as a rental car, there are many places nearby where you can enjoy nature, such as Akiyoshido, Akiyoshidai, and Motonosumi Shrine, where you can feel the nature and history of Japan.

It was a very good facility.I was completely satisfied with the reception at check-in, the wait staff, and the food.I visited with my pregnant wife and child, and they were very considerate about the food and making sure the child didn't get bored. Every time I think about it, I think it was a good trip. There are almost no sightseeing places within walking distance, so I think it's best to use the hotel to relax.
