First of all, as soon as I arrived, the front desk staff said, ``We have received 3 complaints'' and was busy dealing with them, so I started to wonder if this hotel was okay.I understand that efforts are being made to keep the rooms clean, but since it is an old hotel, I felt that there were limits. This time I used it because it was cheap and included a buffet breakfast, but I couldn't use it because the front desk staff didn't have enough explanation. Instead, I was forced to eat a lonely and small breakfast in the space in front of the front desk. The explanation sheet given to me at check-in stated that breakfast was from 7:00 to 9:00, so I asked, "Is it a buffet?" and they said, "Yes," but in reality, the buffet's breakfast is from 8:00 to 9:00. It was over by :00.I'm a human, so I think there are times when I forget to explain things, but if that's the case, I should either revise the information on the paper or make it a buffet for all time slots.I was looking forward to the buffet breakfast, but I was disappointed. There will be no repeats in the future. There are also a lot of insects, so I think it's better to avoid it if you don't like it.

This is an old hotel where business travelers visiting the factory stayed. It's probably quiet since there's nothing around, but it's inconvenient if you don't have a car.I've never stayed there before, I'm a local.
