Close to Morioka city, you can enjoy hot springs surrounded by the gentle and rich forests of Hachimantai, hearty homemade food, and high-quality jazz and classical music! This is an inn that encapsulates the goodness of a nostalgic pension. The hot springs could be reserved for private use when the public bath was vacant for 24 hours. It seems that small dogs can stay with you when the private room is vacant. It is a wonderful, traditional pension that is retro yet clean and full of the personality of the owner and his wife, with thorough air purifiers and disinfectants.Seasonal flowers in the garden.Near Hachimantai Onsenkyo, there are some hidden gems such as a theme park salad farm where children and dogs can play, a vegetable farm direct store, an Italian restaurant in the forest, and a coffee shop. It is a recommended spot where you can have fun with cherry blossoms, autumn leaves, and mountain climbing, and soothe your mind and body. There are various accommodation options, but choose one with a reasonable budget, good food, and free-flowing hot springs! Mr. Moose is a 5 star for me who loves traveling alone! ! I stayed overnight on Sunday, and it was reserved for me, so I was able to relax and relax. Come see the autumn leaves again.

I have been to Hachimantai many times, but this was my first time staying here. The bath was a hot spring, and the food was delicious and satisfying.

The meals are delicious, made with fresh ingredients, and well-prepared. The room is average. narrow. The small bath is small enough that it would be too small for a large man alone.

Although it was a last-minute reservation the night before, they were very kind and did not make any unpleasant faces. The atmosphere of the pension was warm and relaxing. The private hot springs with free-flowing hot springs were also irresistible to hot spring lovers.

We stayed in late February. This pension has an authentic private hot spring with the scent of sulfur.I thought it would be stress-free to rent it out in this day and age.The meals are more like ``Japanese and Western dishes served separately'' rather than a fusion of Japanese and Western ingredients (cooking that combines Western and Japanese ingredients). I think you can get an idea from the photos I posted. So, when it came to choosing alcohol, I had a hard time deciding whether to choose Japanese sake or Western alcohol.I think it would be good for people who want a sense of uniformity if they could choose a plan with only Western food or only Japanese food in addition to the current plan. After dinner, I thought I'd enjoy the pension's signature analog sound, but I dressed up for dinner and had two bourbon rock doubles... Thanks to that, I got comfortably drunk and went back to my room and fell into a deep sleep. I did something very unfortunate.I thought the ban on eating and drinking in the room was a bit too strict.I think this is something that is tacitly agreed upon even in high-class inns these days.We accept drink orders until 11pm, but since there are times when you want to stay hydrated late at night after that, I wish there were vending machines, even though they may be expensive. Looking at past reviews, it seems like there was a vending machine in the past. Also, this was my first experience of not having tissues in the room. There were other people's reviews, so it's also my lack of prior research. If you use it a lot, you may want to bring your own. However, it is in the shared washroom, so I don't think it will be an inconvenience for those who are fine with that.I was so excited to see so many stylish interiors and objects in the museum that I got absorbed in taking photos, so I came back thinking that I should have just said, ``Can I take your photo?'' After that, I reflected on it.I was able to take a lot of photos that I was satisfied with, so I will upload them one by one.

As soon as you enter the inn, you can immediately smell the scent of sulfur. The bathroom is locked inside, so you can actually rent it out. First come, first serve, so you might want to be careful when there are a lot of guests. The room I stayed in this time had a balcony, so I was able to cool my drinks outside instead of using the refrigerator.Jalan said that the in-house Wi-Fi is a FREE-SPOT, so I needed to register in advance, but it was a regular Wi-Fi that I could connect to by entering a password, which was very helpful. As I brought my children with me, the main meal was hamburger steak for the children, and roasted pork for the adults. It was a fusion of Japanese and Western cuisine, and was not as formal as a full course meal, so it was easy to enjoy. The BGM was played by an amazing amplifier and speakers, and it was jazz-like, so it was strangely comfortable. I don't know much about amplifiers and speakers, but I think they are absolutely amazing. They were very attentive to my children in the morning, which made me very happy as a parent and child. In the first place, I don't have many opportunities to ski overnight, and with the coronavirus pandemic, I don't have a chance to do it again, but if the opportunity arises, it will definitely be an option.

My husband and I stayed here in September.I chose an inn that I had never stayed at before because my husband loves listening to music. The building may not be the latest, but the hospitality is casual and tasteful, the food is delicious, and the hot springs are hot springs.I think it's because when I came back, I felt lighter and completely relaxed.Actually, I lost the pendant on the way home, and although I looked for it, I couldn't find it, so I returned home and had given up.After a while, the owner of the pension informed me that the pendant had been found among the fallen leaves in the garden, and the pendant, which had been cleaned, was then mailed to me.This is a truly warm inn run by a sincere couple.
