I stayed for 6 days and 5 nights in mid-August and have the following comments:advantage:1. The space is large. The space here is suitable for accommodation of up to 6 people, with 3 bedrooms, 2 toilets, 1 shower room, living room and kitchen. The kitchen is generally complete with all utensils, including a refrigerator, oven, microwave and IH stove, making it convenient for self-cooking. This is what attracts me the most.2. There is a station nearby. The accommodation is about 550 meters from Shimo-Ochiai Station and about 750 meters from Takadanobaba Station. The transportation is convenient.3. Laundry is convenient. There is a coin-operated washing machine and dryer on the first floor for convenient washing of clothes.4. Bicycles and electric scooters can be rented. There is a LUUP stop on the first floor. If you can register an account, you can rent bicycles or electric scooters, which can reduce leg expenditure.shortcoming:1. Poor sound insulation. This is probably a pain point for all passengers, because the sounds of talking, walking, and moving objects upstairs can be heard at any time, and it is very clear that the first and second days were okay. The passengers upstairs rested earlier, which did not affect our rest, but later Tourists for several days often keep walking and talking until 2-3 o'clock in the middle of the night, which wakes us up in the middle of our sleep. This is really painful. This is the biggest shortcoming here.2. Cleaning is not accurate. Although this is not a hotel, as soon as I checked in, I saw hair everywhere (in the bedroom, shower room and toilet). What was even more exaggerated was that after I opened the quilt in my room, there were hairs on the sheets. This was really unbearable, and I slept The sheets and quilt of the bed were seriously pilled, making it uncomfortable to sleep on. Fortunately, the sheets in the other two rooms were not pilled.3. The shower room will be clogged with accumulated water. On the first day, my daughter was the first to take a bath, and she was frightened. The water was getting higher and higher. I had to ask her to stop taking a bath first and wait until the water receded before continuing. Later, I dug out a lot of dirty hair in the drain pipe. of residue so that water does not accumulate but every 2 days, I have to dig again.4. Far from the station. This is a personal feeling, because Shimo-Ochiai Station is a private railway and Takadanobaba Station is a JR railway. JR railway has many lines and is more convenient to transfer, so we always choose Takadanobaba Station. However, Takadanobaba Station is far away. Although the distance on the map is only 750 meters, it took our family nearly 20 minutes to actually walk to the station, and we were sweating. So if there are children or the elderly, this walking distance is actually burden.
