I made a reservation over the phone that included breakfast, but since I had to pay in advance on the day, I paid by card at the same time as I checked in.Then the breakfast was explained to me...I was asked to choose packaged rice or frozen bread and side dishes, heat them up in the microwave in my room, and eat them. I asked them to cancel breakfast because I paid 1,500 yen and it was a hassle to self-serve, and I had elderly parents with me, but I was told that it was impossible because the card had already been cut off.Is it really impossible to get a refund? If it's not possibleShouldn't you at least ask for credit card payment after the breakfast explanation is finished? For breakfast, cook fish for 1 and a half minutes, rice for 1 minute, and pork soup for 5 and a half minutes after adding water. I was tired because it took so much time and effort to make enough food for three people and arrange it on a plate. There is a convenience store on the first floor, so we recommend that you use that store.

It is a great hotel and a great location. The metro station is less than 500 m from the hotel and it’s connecting you to any location in TokyoIf you book more than seven days, the hotel will make housekeeping to your room every three daysThe hotel is quiet, even it’s in the front of a big streetThere is a family mart, Starbucks and Domino’s Pizza near to the hotel. The hotel is around 1.6 km from Shinjuku area, which is a Tourism place in TokyoI recommend the hotel for a family or friends not more than 3 to 4 members. The hotel is clean and they provide a good service

I have stayed here multiple times and the room has all the equipment, including a microwave, induction cooker, and washing machine, which is very convenient for travelers who want to stay for a long time. There is a maruetsu supermarket downstairs, and there is also a life supermarket two intersections across the street, which can be said to be very good! You can get there by JR or subway, and it's very close to Shinjuku and Tokyo, but it doesn't have the noisy feeling of Shinjuku and Tokyo. This is a residential area and is very quiet at night, but some room types are close to the main road and may be noisy in the middle of the night.

I stayed there thinking it was a business hotel, and it was a great value for money room. The room is spacious with a kitchen, refrigerator and washing machine, and a large bed and balcony. What's more, I was surprised to see the night view of the city center from the balcony and the refreshing breeze. I thought it was a hidden gem.P.S.: When I stayed again in 2023, things changed and the room was sloppily cleaned and very dirty. The inside of the sink and microwave are dirty and sticky, the water area smells like dirt, and the drainage in the sink and bathroom is also poor. I got goosebumps because the bed cover of the Kyokumitsukiha was yellowed and had stains on it, and it looked like it had not been used and replaced many times.Even though there were customers, the cleaning staff were talking in the square in front of the elevator, which was a bit disappointing.
