I used it for my wedding anniversary. The room had an open-air bath and a mist sauna. The greeting staff, the staff in charge, and the other staff members all provided excellent customer service and made us feel comfortable. The open-air bath in the room was quite large, and there was enough room for 3 to 4 adults. However, rather than a complete open-air bath, the large bathroom has a large window, and when you open the window, it feels like an open-air bath. That's the type of thing. The temperature was quite hot, but you can add water. The quality of the spring water was such that it made your skin glow. Fujisan Ryokan main building? It is also connected to the hot springs, and you can use the hot springs there as much as you like. Among them, Shirazaru no Yu is a type of hot spring where you can stand up and it was quite a refreshing experience. All of the dinners were delicious, but my wife and I are both small eaters, so when we told the staff that we couldn't finish the second half of the dishes, they made us rice balls and sent them to our room along with dessert. They even brought it to me. I thought it was amazing how much they cared about even the smallest things.Personally, the grape juice I was served with dinner was so delicious that I was wondering where it came from lol.The quaint Fujisan Ryokan main building and the stylish Jusangatsu. Both were wonderful places that lived up to their reputation. We would love to use you again.

Being able to enjoy Fujisan Ryokan's secret hot springs and other facilities while staying at the Luxury Suite Jusanguki was a valuable and advantageous experience that I had never experienced at other accommodations. It's a very interesting concept, so I would recommend it to people who are used to traveling.

I was happy with the exquisite temperature of the hot spring water in my room. The staff's response is wonderful. There was a lingering smell of cigarettes in the room...which was very disappointing. Both USB sockets were unusable.

The only negative point I have is [there were spider webs in the footbath].Other than that, it was a satisfactory stay. By the way, the cost per night was ¥112.930. (During Obon)The staff are the best.

This is a modern hotel attached to Fujisan Ryokan. You can come and go from the inn with just one door, so you can enjoy both the Showa and Reiwa atmospheres. There is a large bath (hot spring) in your room, so you can take a bath as many times as you like, but Fujisan Ryokan is famous for its famous ``White Monkey Hot Spring''! You can take a bath at your own time, and you can also use other baths with different tastes, so it's great! The food was delicious, with fresh vegetables and wild plants, as well as sashimi and lava-steamed Sangenton pork. I felt that the customer service was attentive and I was able to relax.

There were weeds in the view from the guest room, ruining the view and not being able to see the river. The tiles in the open-air bath were peeling off.
