We stayed in August and it was a lovely experience. Was a little smaller than expected but worked for our family of 4.The property manager Ko was very helpful and reached out to give us warnings when a typhoon was passing through.The location is a bit far from Shibuya station but still walkable and a lot of great little places nearby.Overall we enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it for future families.

The apartment was not as nice or cozy as shown in the pictures. The only two larger windows face another building just 2 meters away, so there was very little natural light, even during the day. Additionally, the plants, wall art, and the sofa shown in the pictures were not present; the living room setup was completely different. On our second day, we encountered large cockroaches. When I reached out to support via chat, there was no response until I had to make an expensive international call. They then told us to buy cockroach spray ourselves and send them the receipt, which was completely unacceptable. While the overall experience wasn’t entirely terrible, I would never stay in this apartment again, nor would I recommend it to anyone.
