I used it on this LIVE expedition.Washer/dryer in your room! It was greatFirst, I checked in, put my clothes on, and put them all in the washing machine! LIVE to change clothes and go out! Then, as soon as the lecture was over, it started to rain heavily! ?Change of clothes and LIVE clothes are soaking wet.But it's okay, this hotelThere is a laundry and dryer in the room! When I got back to my room and checked in, the clothes I put in the washer/dryer were fluffy.Thank you, thank youClothes soaked from sweat and torrential rainPut it in the washer dryer!Go out for a late dinnerIf you have read this far, you must have noticed that when you return to your room from eating out, your soaked LIVE clothes and clothes are fluffy again.Thank you very much, Tokyu-san.This is my first time on such a comfortable expedition trip.I would like to use it on my next business trip.

I booked a non-smoking room, but the room smelled of cigarettes.I checked with the front desk, but they said the entire building was non-smoking, but they also said that a guest from the previous night might have smoked. But when he came to the room, there was no confirmation.Poor response.

Previously, when I used Tokyu Stay in Suidobashi for a LIVE trip, I was very grateful for the washing machine in the private room, so I decided to stay at Tokyu Stay when I was choosing an accommodation in Kamata this time. It's close to Keikyu Kamata Station, so I bought meals for the evening and the next morning at Life near the station (I looked into it later and found out there was a delicious-looking onigiri shop nearby as well). The room is equipped with a drum-type washer/dryer and a microwave, so you can immediately throw your sweaty clothes into the washing machine, take a shower, lounge around on the semi-double bed, and microwave the side dishes you bought for an evening drink. If so, the laundry is complete. This is very helpful as you can minimize the amount of clothes you need to bring.Although the refrigerator was a little small, it wasn't too inconvenient as we were only there for one night.Check-out was at 11am, so I ran the washing machine the next morning while I took a shower and breakfast, and headed home without having to carry any dirty clothes with me.I would like to use Tokyu Stay again when I go on a field trip. thank you very much.

The dust smell in the room is very strong, so people with allergies should consider it carefully.

I absolutely have to give Tokyu Stay Kamata 5 stars. Staff was amazing, rooms were comfortable and had everything required, convenience to trains and other transport was within a short walk, restaurants and convenience stores are plentiful. We took a 2 day trip to Osaka and stayed at a 5 star luxury hotel which was over $350 a night. While it had more amenities, the room was identical. Kamata is a great place to stay, shop, and dine. My family and I highly recommend Tokyu Stay Kamata.

I have stayed at Tokyu Stay in Higashi-Shinjuku and liked it quite a bit, but Kamata was not as good as I expected. The comforter is not the type that is completely covered with sheets, but the type that is divided into two parts. The upper sheets had stains here and there, giving it a filthy impression. We had towels hung at the door for the second night, but there were many disappointing points, such as there was only one set of towels even though there were two people staying. Please note that skin care products such as lotion are charged ⚠️

Very close to Tokyo Haneda AirportTake the Keikyu Train and you’ll arrive at Keikyu Kamata Station after a few stops. There are many restaurants and supermarkets on the shopping street in front of the station that are open until midnight. It is very lively and safe.Just a few minutes walk across the shopping street to the hotelThe three-person room type does not have the washer-dryer that is common in the Tokyu series. But the environment is very good and the space is largeThere is a microwave and tableware in the room unexpectedlyIt should be convenient for business travelers to use regularly.Pajamas are very comfortable to wearThe bath products are from Pola and are pretty good. There are vending machines in the museum, which is very convenient so you don’t have to go out to buy drinks.I particularly like their coffee machineThere are large cups for take-away coffee and iced coffee as well.I want to stay here again next time I come to Tokyo!
