Used by 10 adults.There is a steep slope and stairs from the parking lot to the entrance.The room has a living room, kitchen, washroom, and bath on the first floor.There are 2 bedrooms, a large space, and a terrace on the second floor.

It was used by 10 people. It is better to park your car on the road below. The room is spacious and can accommodate 10 people without being cramped. It's convenient as it has almost everything except towels. It's hard to get up to the entrance, so if you have bad feet, it's best not to go there.

Although it was raining lightly, we were able to have a BBQ on the wooden deck without any problems using the tarp tent (300 x 300, just the right size) that we had brought with us. I encountered G several times indoors... From the parking lot, you have to climb a lot of dirt stairs that are steeper than you can imagine. Honestly, it's better to go to the parking lot with the intention of damaging your wheels and the bottom of your car. I wrote only negative things, but in the end it was a fun trip.

The management of the room is very poor, with broken home appliances, dirty furniture, and poor cleaning.Some fairly large cockroaches will appear, so you need to prepare by preparing a cockroach spray.I think the spacious space and the view overlooking Atami are great.

It was used by 10 adults. The inside of the building was clean and spacious. There was plenty of room even for a drinking party with 10 people. In particular, the kitchen was well equipped, so I had no trouble cooking dinner and snacks. The bedroom on the upper floor was also spacious and spacious. The balcony on the upper floor overlooks the cityscape of Atami, so it had a great atmosphere both during the day and at night.Unfortunately, access is difficult. The intersection with National Route 135, which has a lot of traffic, has poor visibility, so careful driving is required. Also, the parking lot is on a steep slope, so it may take some time to park your car. This is not a problem for regular cars, but it may damage the car body if it is a low-height car.
