Boring and uncomfortable accommodation. The bed was a mattress on the floor, the room was too poorly insulated so the traffic disturbed at night. Also impossible to get the room dark at night. The staff speaks very poor English. We recommend that you book other accommodation!

Very small room and no water! If it is not cleaned every day, the garbage will not be taken out. Ask for it yourself.

The main strength of this place is the proximity to the metro stop (~50 meters) and Shinjuku neighbourhood (5 minutes walk). Overall, you will get a fair quality compared to the price - the bnb will have everything you need. The only annoying issue I encountered is the lack of curtains on the windows and wall insulation, which in a lively area like that could be a problem (especially in the weekend). Apart from that, I would recommend it to whom has basic needs, especially in terms of space.

The sink and guest room were not properly cleaned, so hair and lint fell on the floor, and there was a lot of dust under the table and TV. How I felt on the first day of my tripIt hurt a lot.There was so much noise from the garbage truck in the early morning that I couldn't sleep well.The good thing is that the subway station is close and there are many convenience stores and restaurants in front.A supermarket is also not far away.

We absolutely loved bookteabed!Checkin process was simple.The room was quite spacious, enough space to walk as well as have two to three open suitcases on the floor. They provide a little mini fridge, a tv, wifi, and a heater.The bed is really comfortable, mattress and pillows are on the firmer side, the bed is on the floor Japanese style. Really spacious bed for two people, between a full and queen size bed.The bathroom is spacious, the toilet is a bidet, they provide spare toothbrushes and razors, and towels and robes.The shower includes shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The shower pressure was excellent, and the water was hot (if you want it to be).Check out was at 10:00 a.m.They held our bags after check out at no additional cost so we could continue to explore the city before our flight.The Shinjuku Gyoemmae station is a two min walk from the hotel and connects to everywhere in Tokyo.There's a family mart across the street open 24/7 where you can buy meals, snacks, water (large bottle is 120 yen).Lots of restaurants and other shops nearby to buy basic necessities.If you are looking for cheap coffee and a quick breakfast (think croissant), Lawsons is just down the road.

Good point1. The room is much more spacious compared to other hotels. It was enough to spread out two suitcases, and we stayed for a week so we took them all out and put them in the closet and shelves.2. There is an elevator3. Anytime you need a towel4. Family Mart right in front5. There are restaurants nearby6. Ventilated balcony? Has a big door7. I stayed on the 4th floor and the water pressure was okay.8. The bed mat and pillow were comfortable.What's disappointing1. As in other reviews, the floor was very cold on the first day. After showering, I laid out large towels on the floor like a mat and just walked on them, so it was fine. I think it would be a good idea to bring some sleeping socks. It's okay if you keep heating it.2. It is not easy to control hot and cold water3. Only the bed mat is on the floor. It would have been better if it was higher.4. It looks clean at first glance, but there is dust piled up here and there.If it bothers you, you can just take a wet tissue and wipe it off.5. Water and drinks from the refrigerator are provided only once. I stayed for a week and they didn't give me more.Although it feels like AirbnbVery satisfied.Next time I come to Tokyo, I will stay again.

The location is very close to Shinjuku Gyoen-mae Station, and there are many convenience stores nearby, which is very good. It's also good because there are a few restaurants nearby that stay open relatively late. The bed is big, the room is not small, and the bathroom is clean. If you look at it up to this point, it is very good, but there are also fatal shortcomings. The rooms are cold, the keys are very old-fashioned, and the counter doubles as a cafe, but it feels more like an Airbnb than a hotel-like accommodation. (Of course, the staff responding is very friendly.) And the most critical drawback is that the soundproofing is very poor. People talking outside, garbage trucks and ambulances in the early morning can be heard unfiltered. Still, the price is quite cheap, so it is recommended for travelers who do not place much importance on accommodations during their trip.

The transportation location is convenient. You can reach the subway station within 5 minutes. You can also walk to Shinjuku Station when you go out. There is a convenience store opposite and the bathroom has plenty of water.However, the sound insulation is not good and living on the second floor is very close to the road.

Using ShibuyaIt was new and beautiful.It was only for women, so it was very comfortable to use the shower room.The indoor temperature is also comfortable. The bed space was not too small and was fluffy.Is there a safe next to the bed? There is also a large locker in front of the bed, and a shoe rack.The staff members were also nice.Great for just drinking and sleeping ♪I want to use it again.

There is a ventilator inside the capsule to keep it from getting stuffy, and you can adjust the brightness of the lights. The space is quite large, and the toilet is very clean. The room was clean and large, the apartment included all sorts of amenities, such as a toothbrush, towel, hairdryer, Wi-Fi, etc.Since there was only one bed in the room, the staff brought another folding bed into the room.The only negative is the cold floor; if you don’t have slippers, it will be unpleasant to walk on.

This is a great little stay. We stayed in the top floor room with a private bathroom and it was very spacious with a comfy bed. The room is beautiful and the bathroom too. Our only issue was the shower pressure was pretty weak. Good proximity to the city and really close to the excellent breakfast spot "&sandwich" and coffee called "eight coffee".
