I travel alot, so I have to stay often in hotels around the world. This is probably the best hotel I ever stayed at. Very spacious room for Tokyo standards, with an incredible bathroom/spa area with private sauna and whirlpool. I can really recommend it.

BEST hotel I’ve stayed in. The staff were very friendly and the service was amazing. This was my first time in Japan and it did not disappoint. The TOTO appliances were 🔥, room included a sauna and cold plunge option with rain shower. The sauna included the cute little sauna hats, essential oils, and was a perfect start / end to the day. Blue tooth to connect your music and in-room karaoke. They have beer+ other drinks in the fridge with beer mugs in freezer ready to go. Breakfast was included - traditional Japanese meals that were so good. Beautiful hotel would highly recommend to anyone going to Tokyo, Minato district is not very touristy but close to Harajuku and about a 30min walk to Shibuya crossing.

There are not a lot of reviews because the hotel is new. Our room was awesome and the staff were very friendly and considerate. The in-room sauna and bathtub was just amazing. The location is pretty great too, there are a couple convenient stores within minutes of walking. Also walkable to 2 stations. Nogizaka station is closer and an easier walk.

I loved and enjoyed everything about this hotel. We arrived two hours before check-in, and they graciously allowed us to check-in early. This level of flexibility is rare in Japan, where typically you must leave your luggage and return at 3 PM. Their accommodating nature made us feel genuinely welcomed, and we quickly learned that this flexibility extended to all their services.I never knew I needed karaoke and a sauna in a hotel room until experiencing this hotel. These unique amenities added a special touch to our stay. The staff were genuinely friendly, making our interactions delightful. And let's not forget the Japanese toilet (just like the one in a South Park episode) – the room featured the most advanced Toto model, bringing a feeling of luxury to everyday routines.Every detail is meticulously taken care of, making this hotel a true embodiment of luxury without any pretentiousness. I miss the hotel dearly and can't wait to return. Thank you to all the staff who made our stay truly special.

This was the first hotel we stayed in after flying into HND airport for a nearly 3 week stay in Japan. The hotel became The Benchmark for all other stays from the cruise ship (rooms were meh) to hotels in Osaka, Nara, Kyoto, and Tokyo. None surpassed this boutique hotel.Hotel Minato staff knocked it out of the park with their extreme hospitality–seriously THE BEST! We had a free breakfast (loved loved loved the Japanese options), the jetted tub, Japanese shower and sauna, and the location was perfect. No views, but who needs a view when you get sauna hats, high end shower amenities, the best high-end Toto, a free stocked fridge, white pajamas and thick robes? No detail was overlooked and I can't recommend this hotel enough. 6 stars!

I have never had an experience like this. We feel like we have a resort in our room.It is spacious, well equipped (sauna, hot tub, all essential creams/oils, phone charger. Almost everything you can imagine is available in the room. Even the possibility of having hot linen. We enter like a bubble once we are in the room. We almost don't want to leave once we're here. When you return from a day outside, the sauna is already on, so you can enjoy it straight away. Little touches like that that completely change your experience. At first I was reluctant to book here because there were only around thirty reviews but I did well to book.In summary, it is the best hotel I have been to in my life. I highly recommend it.

The best hotel we stayed at during our trip in Japan. Will definitely go back. The staff was amazingly nice and so thoughtful. The room was so big with jacuzzi and sauna! Super clean. Breakfast was great & it’s in a great neighborhood, with a wide variery of quality restaurants. It’s also a 10 minutes walk to roppongi area.

Service was great.Location is decent, as a first time travellers, as long as one is ok to travel a bit.Booked a junior suite, sauna and bath was awesome. Amenities topped up every day. Highly recommend.
