Unclean room and towels, there were too many mosquitoes in the first room I checked in for, after moving into a replacement room, there were still mosquitoes, so it was really terrible, the bed linen and towels are not very clean, blood stains, hair and much more… The situation improved after a clean up, but it was still very disappointed in the beginning. Though, the hotel staff are generally very helpful, especially the elder lady at the front desk at late night, a very friendly and enthusiastic lady!

I made a reservation about a month before my stay. The reception and cleaning staff were foreigners, but there were no particular problems. This is a business hotel with good rooms. There are all the amenities so there is no problem.I used it on a business trip at Tokyo Station, so it was convenient because it was close by taxi from Tokyo Station and a short walk from Kanda Station.

In order to make it easier to get to Akihabara Station, I chose a chain HOTEL, but the room is small and more suitable for business needs. It is close to JR Kanda Station and requires a short walk. Breakfast is an add-on. It is a very special breakfast. Attached is a picture of the appearance.

The person at the front desk was a foreigner, but he spoke fluent Japanese and was very responsive. However, the smell coming from the drain in room 501, where I stayed, was surprisingly strong. I couldn't take my time in the bath.

Good access to the station, perfect for business trips. There are two in Kanda, and I got lost because there was no signage at the hotel.

The amount varies greatly depending on the site.I wonder if the multiplied value is displayed.I need to find a cheap site and make a reservation.I don't think it's worth the regular price.Extremely narrow. Receipts cannot be issued if you make a reservation on the website. You will receive a receipt without an invoice on your own.Not suitable for paying company expenses.

Stayed for one night in late March for a business trip to Tokyo.About 5 minutes walk from the south exit of Kanda Station along Hardware Street.Check in around 18:30, is there an Indian person at the front desk? The foreigner at the reception had a foreign accent, but spoke polite Japanese. I forgot my lightning cable, so I was worried that it wouldn't work properly when I borrowed it from the front desk, but it worked fine. Front desk, cleaning staff, entry/exit workers?・I felt strange because I didn't get along with the other Japanese guests. It can be difficult to make a request based on detailed nuances. It was a smoking room, so the smell of cigarettes was strong, but there was Febreze so I could use it to put up with it.However, in the middle of the night, Chinese people were yelling loudly from outside the room, which was unpleasant. At around 9am when we checked out, the front desk was unmanned and all we had to do was return the card key to the case.If you just need to sleep for now, I think it's fine.

The property is a basic room with a bed and full bathroom, as expected, nothing fancier. It is convenient and affordable for an overnight stay. We stayed 1 night, probably would not stay longer, though you'd be fine if it suits your needs.Location was convenient, property was generally clean (but not perfect). Realistically, this should be a 3-4 star review, but some of the 1 star reviews here are unnecessarily harsh, so I'm being generous.Be careful when booking, the property has smoking and non-smoking rooms. You will not enjoy a smoking room if you're a non-smoker.Edmon at the front desk was helpful in getting our group checked in and making sure we had what we needed. Thank you Edmon!
