I used it for the first time on my anniversary trip. I am very satisfied with the excellent hospitality from start to finish. It was also a very beautiful inn. I was able to feel refreshed from the fatigue of my daily work. I was very grateful that each room had a bath, and I took a bath many times, which was very relaxing. It's also nice to be able to get in right away in the morning. The meals, evening and morning meals are all very carefully prepared. There were a lot of dishes, and the food was explained well and was fun to eat and delicious. The large public bath was also nice! It was a very nice trip thanks to the beautiful space, courteous customer service, and delicious food. I would like to visit you again.

[Enjoy a wonderful experience with the hospitality of a 200-year-old inn]It was a wonderful inn where I could relax and enjoy myself while learning about ``hospitality'' in everything from the food to the space to the customer service. From the moment I checked in, I could feel their welcoming attitude through their greetings and eye contact. My friend and I have the same birthday month, so this is a birthday trip. When I made the reservation, I asked about my friend's celebration, and in addition to the dessert message plate, they even prepared a gift for me.When my friend told the waitress who was in charge of the room that it was my birthday too, she came to celebrate with a birthday present for me, which made me very happy!I have visited several Japanese restaurants in Tokyo that cost about 50,000 yen per person, but I was satisfied just by the deliciousness of the dinner at Furuya Ryokan, and the comfortable rooms and hot springs. I'm very satisfied with the warm customer service and delicious breakfast at this price. For the meal, we had the abalone grilled right in front of us, and the whole abalone was luxuriously delicious. Each dish was handled with care, and I enjoyed the delicate and beautiful dishes that looked like Japanese art, to the point where I wondered how difficult it would be to bring them to our seats in such pristine condition. The rooms at the hot springs are very clean, with the scent of cypress and plenty of amenities. My friend enjoyed the hot spring in her room, and I enjoyed the public bath.In addition to water, the public bath also provided free drinks, including juice. The hot spring is Seizaemon no Yu, one of the seven Atami hot springs that have been flowing since the Edo period. The hotel continues to protect the authentic hot springs without unnecessarily increasing the number of baths because we fear that if the hot springs are not authentic, we will be deceiving our guests. It seems that the company is managed with this mindset in mind. The high-quality hot water was just the right amount of thickness, and it was a blissful time.It was a happy birthday month for me to meet a wonderful inn that has been protecting and evolving its exceptional hospitality, blissful space, and tradition for 200 years. My friend was also very happy and thanked me many times for choosing the ryokan. thank you very much!I would also like to see other seasons.

I'm always impressed by the attention to detail in every aspect of the hotel, from the customer service to the food to the interior. The hot spring water flowing directly from the source is mellow and leaves your skin smooth.

I used it on a trip to Atami with my girlfriend.I had heard that the customer service was excellent, so my expectations were a little high. The customer service was better than other long-established inns in other hot spring areas.I didn't have any great customer service, but I felt a lot of thoughtfulness that made me feel like they were reaching out to my itchy areas. The room was well-cleaned, and the food served in the room was delicious. It's not that it's a bad thing, but there were only 5 shower booths in the men's bath, so I had to wait to use them when it was crowded. I was able to take a leisurely bath, so I was satisfied.

Although it is a long-established inn, it seems to have been recently renovated, so it was clean and comfortable, but the shared toilet in the hallway was filthy, and I thought they hadn't done enough to renovate it. …
