Although the exterior and hallways are old, the Western-style room I was shown to was very clean and the toilet and bath were clean. Is there a Japanese-style room?

This is an attractive old Japanese-style inn located within 1 minute from the station.

The receptionist politely gave us directions and introduced us to the store.I stayed in a Western-style room, but since it was midsummer, I thought it would be helpful to have a small refrigerator in the room. Also, since I only had body soap and shampoo, I wish they had conditioner as well.

It feels like an old-fashioned inn. It might be difficult for people to have a toilet in their room⁉️

Stayed during Golden Week for sightseeing in Nara. The facility was old and I felt it was a little expensive for a room without meals, but it was Golden Week, so I guess it's something like this... Although it is near the station, the entrance is difficult to find and many people walk past, so be careful. When asked if I will repeat it, I wonder if there will be a next time. It's a very ordinary old guesthouse.

I had made a reservation through the website, but it was canceled without permission. I was told that foreigners are troublesome.

Although it looks like an old building, it was clean and comfortable. I just saw a big spider and got nervous. The landlady was very kind. There were shopping malls, supermarkets, and convenience stores nearby, which was helpful. There is a railroad crossing next to the inn, so you can hear some noise, but it's not so loud that you can't sleep. I thought this was just a taste. I would like to go there again if I have the chance.
