There is a huge spider on the door when you enter the room. The TV didn't turn on, so I asked the front desk, and they said, oh, I forgot to tell you, it's broken. The bed had an old man's smell, probably because the sheets hadn't been washed.A stranger's contacts were stuck to the foot of the sheet. Can I reuse the sheets without washing them? i am sad. There was mold growing on the cup in the sink,I can't use kettle-like ones because they get dusty and dirty. Are you leaving it unwashed? This is quite wasteful. The view was spectacular, the windows could be opened, and I would have had no complaints if the cleaning and maintenance had been done properly.Management is extremely terrible. It's wasteful

There is no special service. I brought dinner and breakfast, but since there was only a microwave in the lobby, I wanted one in my room as well. As others have pointed out, overall cleaning is lax. I thought the hot springs might have a bit more salt, but it felt like a simple hot spring and didn't warm me up much. Maybe it's just today, but the hot water wasn't hot either.

My husband chose this for a two-day, one-night stay at the hot springs. We were the only ones staying in the three rooms during our stay. This is a small hotel located on top of a mountain overlooking the sea, but you can spend a quiet time here.I was much later than I had planned to check in due to traffic, but I was relieved that they were kind enough to accommodate me.I immediately enjoyed the hot springs before eating, so the bottled beer was delicious and I enjoyed each and every meal. The sashimi served in a boat was thickly sliced and delicious. The extra wine was served, and the amount was plentiful, making the roast beef even more delicious and filling. You can relax in the large hot spring bath with the window open. The sea and night view are beautiful. The windows in the room are large, facing the sea, and the space by the window is comfortable. Maybe it's something to do with the refrigerator, but the mineral water they provided was super cold, which was perfect for us after taking a bath!

Good location and great view from the room. There's nothing around, and there's no food provided, so it's better to bring something to eat. Apparently, delivery services such as pizza are available. It seems easy to access by car or taxi.

It's an inn with just a bath and a view,The bath was good. The cup in the sink was dirty and I couldn't use it. I would like the black mold on the wall tiles to be cleaned.

I visited here when I was 8 months pregnant as my last trip before giving birth. When I told them that I was pregnant, the sashimi I had for dinner turned out to be extremely delicious, and I was grateful that they had cushions on the chairs. Anyway, there's a lot of food, and it's all delicious. It's on a higher ground than Atami Castle, so the scenery was very nice and the starry sky was beautiful.Best of all, you can bathe in the Atami hot springs that flow directly from the source in your room whenever you like. There are only 3 groups a day at most, so it's easy to walk through the hallways. There are no shops at the inn, so it's a good idea to buy snacks and drinks in advance.Breakfast is average, but drinks at meal times are expensive.

The windows were so big that I could enjoy the view both from inside the room and while soaking in the hot springs. It was very luxurious! There is also a large window between the room and the bath, so it was nice to be able to check on the children.
