Nice hotel about ten minutes walk from shibuya station, in a quieter part. Lots small bars and restaurants. But you do pay for being in popular part of Tokyo. Not cheap.

The hotel is relatively far from Shibuya Station, requiring a transfer to another subway line to reach Kamiyama Station. It takes about 20 minutes on foot to reach Shibuya Station. The advantage is that there is a 24-hour supermarket directly opposite the hotel. The lobby is spacious with plenty of seating for visitors to rest. The room has a work desk and a long wooden table that can be used. There is also a washer-dryer and a small pantry in the room. Laundry detergent is provided, and there is also a microwave and an induction cooker, making it suitable for business travelers. The cleanliness of the room is average, and some items taken out have dust on them。A highlight worth mentioning is the mirror in the hotel's bathroom, which is coated with an anti-fog film, so even after showering, it doesn’t get covered with steam.

Hello, I'm Korean~~~ LOL The location is good. The room was small and standard, but it was quiet at night and I slept well. I stayed for 5 days and I really liked it. I saw Yeji Hwang, a Korean employee, on her last day. She had great energy, and I regret not being able to spend more time with her. I'll definitely see you next time, Yeji. Of course, the other male employee and the cute female employee were also kind. 5 stars for Yeji. I'm leaving it hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha it's death~~~

Overall it's pretty good, quiet, and the room size is just right. There is an automatic coffee machine and hot water on the first floor, which you can drink at any time; there are coin-operated beverage machines and ice machines; and toiletries such as toothbrushes, razors, and tea bags can be found on the self-service cabinets on the first floor. Take it first; there is a bathtub in the room where you can take a bath, shampoo, shower gel, and conditioner are from Pola; there is a large hair dryer; there is a washing machine (with laundry detergent, which can be dried) and a kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with soup pots, plates, and ladles. , forks, napkins, dishwashing liquid, and dishwashing sponges are very considerate. There are no drinks in the refrigerator, and the room has an air purifier with humidification function. The location is close to Shibuya Station on foot for ten minutes, but it is uphill to walk from the station to the hotel. , it is very difficult, it is recommended to take a taxi here, it is easier to go downhill and it is okay; There is a lot of food along the road back to the hotel in the evening, you can go shopping, they are open until very late; There is a small supermarket opposite the hotel where you can buy food at night; there is a ramen shop next door where people are queuing up at all times. It opens at 11 o'clock. It seems to be very famous. I didn't have time to eat there this time. I will go there next time if I have a chance; The only drawback is that the air conditioner in the room is very dusty and my nose has been uncomfortable since I went in. Later, we helped him clean it and it felt much better. The dust was super thick and I don’t know how long it has been since it was cleaned🤩😂

I loved my stay at the Tokyu Stay Shibuya. The room was huge by Japan standards. I was happy to see the room was filled with plenty of extras including a kitchen sink, hot plate, microwave, large fridge/freezer and a washer/dryer that takes about 5 hours to compete a cycle. The bathroom was a good size with excellent water pressure. The air conditioning was great to take a break in during the hot Tokyo summer. Everything you want to see is within a 15 minute walk. The staff were wonderful and would consider other tokyu Stay hotels because of my amazing time here.

I just spent 10 amazing days at this great hotel. The staff are absolutely wonderful and extremely kind and helpful. The room is more western size which is great. There is plenty of room to move around and the AC worked perfectly. The bathroom is a good size with fantastic water pressure in the shower. The fridge is a good size and also has a separate small freezer. If you're travelling from the US you will not need an adapter for the outlets. There is also a combo washer/dryer but I didn't use it. It's about 10-15 minute walk to Shibuya Scramble and Station. There is a 7-11 about 2 minutes away and a Family Mart about 5 minutes. A grocery store is also right across the street. I highly recommend staying at this wonderful hotel.

The room is small as expected, the problem is it has no shelf or any place to put anything. We asked for a one hour late check out, they wanted to charge us half a full day hate! Most of the staff don’t speak English.

I've booked a room for three. Room comes with washing machine (which i loved the most in the sizzling hot season), a microwave, a kettle and a mini electric stove. Double sliding balcony window with good insulation. Tried both their Japanese and Western style breakfast (need to bring the coupons to lobby to collect back to room during 7am-10am). You can request limited cleaning like change towel and clean up rubbish bin on a daily basis, while for stay more than 7 days, they will change the bedsheets and room cleaning. Staff is polite and we can communicate with them in English. around 7 mins walk to Hachigo Square and there are lots of small restaurants at the back streets. Also a 24/7 supermarket just around the corner!
