The hotel is located in a quiet street and very close to the Akihabara station. The room was well equipped, and there are little restaurants and convenient stores nearby. We enjoyed our stay there very much.

Very good hotel, short walk to the stations. The area has plenty of good restaurants and is a bit calmer than the main part of Akihabara.

It was my first time in Japan and my stay at this hotel was the best. It’s very clean with plenty of space. The beds and futons was very comfy. They have shampoo, conditioner, toothbrushes, even a washer and dryer. So you don’t need to worry about buying stuff. They clean every 3 days and they do such an amazing job. The front desk people also spoke English and very helpful not to mention very polite. Imma return to Japan in 2026 and I will try to stay here again because it was such a great experience.

We are very happy with the room and amenities. Great room size with own laundry and seperate bath and toilet. And they even lend us a Nintendo Switch to play to keep our kids happy! Only minutes away from Metro station. We will certainly rebook next time we are back in Tokyo.

Apartment is cosy, clean and 15 minutes walk from the train station. Staff are very friendly and speak English !! We had misplaced a hat in the free shuttle bus, we called up the reception and informed them about it. Same day evening the hat was at the reception - thanks to everyone for this kind act. Sorry I do not have the names of the staff who helped me in this……🙏 thanks ….. once again a very nice place to stay in Kyoto !!!

Excellent apartment; modern, clean and very quiet, offering 4 beds, of which 2 were bunk beds. Perfect for a family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids aged 3&4). Separate table & chairs, great kitchen with everything you need for some basic cooking (breakfasts in the apartment & pesto pasta went down a treat for dinner on a couple of nights for the kids). Separate toilet, bath & shower, plus large washing machine & dryer in the bathroom. Really close to Akihabara station (Showa-dori exit); small playground nearby, lots of eateries & 7 Elevens/Familymarts etc. 24 hour reception desk; staff spoke English and were helpful and polite.
